Minimum 30 day rental, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath with a private pool is the perfect location to relax and unwind. The entire property is surrounded by lush landscaping, beautiful palm trees and tropical flowers. The spacious yard is perfect for sun bathing, barbecuing or enjoying your favorite cocktail after a dip in the pool. Prefer the white sands and turquoise waters of Lanikai Beach? The property is conveniently located just a few steps from Lanikai's beach access.

The main house includes a primary bedroom with king bed, TV and bathroom en suite. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and separate bathroom. The living room space is cozy and comfortable with warm, natural light, bamboo flooring and views of the pool and landscape. And for your ultimate comfort, the home is fully air conditioned!

The updated kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-top range and oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the kitchenware needed to whip up your favorite meal.

A one bedroom, one bath cottage has a private entry and features a charming open-floor plan, bedroom with king-sized bed, and separate bath, and an extra twin bed in the living room space for sleeping or catching a quick nap.

Amazing getaway!

The property is well-equipped, comfortable, with an amazing location (basically across the street from the beach), fast wifi and looks exactly like the pictures! The house is also conveniently stocked with all the water toys / beach equipment that you could want. Finally, we have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never met anyone as responsive / helpful as Lisa, the property manager (thank you Lisa for making our stay so fabulous!). We highly recommend staying here!

Almost the perfect getaway

Reviewer Comments: Decent vacation rental but..Pros & ConsPros:-Close to the beach (76m walk)-Big yard in the front and a smaller on on the side(cottage)-Host was welcoming and helpful-28 min to waikiki-Enough space for 8-10 people if needed-Sun from 8am(cottage)/10am (poolside) to 4pm-The yard provides shadow throughout the day-Amenities were goodCons:-Lots of flies and mosquitoes at times-Flooring needs a full makeover-Cleaning needs to be improved and was not worth the 400$ at all(behind and in between couch was packed with dirt)-Neighborhood is loud and noisy most of the time-Host should keep a 2 day hold between visitors to provide a late checkout (which host states themselves)Traveling from Norway to Hawaii (30+ hours)We would definitely see ourselves staying here again, IF..Owners has decided to put a minimum of 90 days which makes no sense for most families travling overseas, if the owners would change and be more flexible with dates, we would consider staying for our next trip, next year.

Thank you for your thorough review. Sorry about the flies/mosquitos in particular as we have the landscaping sprayed regularly and have not heard this issue from past guests. Will discuss with our vendor. Just to be clear, the 90 day minimum is new legislation passed by the Honolulu City Council and Mayor's office - it is not the homeowner, nor our decision. The law is being challenged and it is our hope that a compromise will be reached so that reservations like your (30+ days) may continue. Will keep you posted. Once inside the grounds you are enveloped in a well-manicured and private, secluded setting to enjoy a Hawaiian paradise. Just hundred yards away is famous Lanikai Beach. We enjoyed several barbeques poolside and visited the lovely town of Kailua. The house is also a perfect starting point to explore the rest of Oahu. The house is completely updated and the Property Management is professional, courteous, and extra friendly. Highly recommended without any reservations.

The home was in a fantastic location and provided many amenities. The property manager greeted us and even left a delicious homemade cake pudding with custard. I would definitely recommend this property.

In the afternoons we would float around the pool and BBQ. The owners did a fabulous job remodeling and the property is very private and very clean.
