Small quaint house but perfect for a couple. comfortable living room with area for eating, spacious bedroom and shower area and nice terrace which was very private. The property was beautifully clean and the air-con worked perfectly. The house was in a quiet area but ideally placed to walk to the marina area and all the restaurants and cafes. The staircase requires some care, very steep and narrow and the kitchen would benefit from a toaster. We found the owner , Gino, very helpful and approachable.

Very poor communication. There was a gap in the door to the bed too. We asked them to fix it and they refused. Also there were a lot of ants, again the hosts refused to help. No shower curtain in the shower and very little hot water. Shoddy house and rude hosts. Very disappointed. The only upside was the good location. Not recommended.

dear guest , you broke the window door at the balcony we tried as soon as possible to repair , you were never there to let us in , you left the kitchen dirty and in a mess , it’s normal you create ants , we don’t put shower curtains for hygienic reasons . we contacted and replied within 5 min always to your questions ! you can see this on the messages and what’s app comunication , we are giving 24/24 assistance ‘ you are just unhappy people due of the bad weather conditions at portugal during your stay in january we can’t change this ! regret we could have made other people happy

Très bon accueil de Gino, hôte sympathique et réactif. Rose sert de délicieux petits déjeuners avec un beau sourire. La petite maison Zénith-house située dans un quartier calme est très confortable pour un couple. Excellent séjour !
