House was perfect for 2 families of 4! Only 3 of 4 bedrooms were air conditioned so that limited our use, but still made it work with the number of beds per room. Walk ability to beach and restaurant made our stay so much easier. Carla was very helpful with recommendations. Pool was shaded in am and pm so was perfect for kids. New beaches, markets, restaurants were short drives away. Surf lessons through surf shop at next door hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pictures don’t do it justice

belzta house is our favorite house in all of Costa. Great layout, nice sized bedrooms (including AC and fans) and an incredible second floor deck for Lounging out of the sun. The pool is amazing and it’s a 2 min walk to the ocean water. Couldn’t say anything bad about this spot.

Luxurious house with superb patio, pool and beach access

When we arrived, we had misunderstood the number of air-conditioned bedrooms: one of the rooms did not have air conditioning, which meant that two couples had to share the same room as we were four couples in total. However, Carla quickly resolved the situation by providing us with a brand-new fan, allowing us to comfortably use the other room.The property is beautiful: the view over the infinity pool is spectacular, the spacious terrace is perfect for unforgettable gatherings, and the proximity to the sea is ideal. It is also conveniently located near a restaurant, in a truly exceptional environment.Overall, a very enjoyable stay despite the initial adjustment!
