Oceanfront Home/Very Relaxing / Private Access to the Beach!

Location Location Location! Located just steps away from the surf break at Playa Negra, Casa Maria has it all for large groups or extended families. This Ocean Front 4 bedroom 3 bath home, has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Modern kitchen with all the amenities. Over sized living area with two seating areas and an over sized dining table for all your meals. This leads to a relaxing pool area where you can see and hear the ocean. The pool has a unique walkable entrance. This area has plenty of covered area to sit back and relax or just enjoy the Costa Rica sunshine.
The first floor also has a full bathroom with laundry.
The 2nd floor is reached by a Spanish tiled staircase that leads to 4 bedrooms. The master has a king bed. It also has it own ensuite with a tub, a separate stand up shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed and a single bed.
The third has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds great for kids. There is another bathroom with a large sink area, toilet and stand up shower.
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 all open up on to a large covered 2nd floor balcony. This 2nd floor balcony has a couch and chairs to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean. Casa Maria has an outdoor shower and grill.
It is located in a gated community and this house also has it's own alarm system.

Fantastic!

We really enjoyed Casa Maria, the location and view is phenomenal. The kids really enjoyed the tide pools in front of the house and boogie boarding. We would all gather at the beach each day for the sunset show. Great place to stay, close to restaurants and other beaches. Will look forward to staying there again.

Great house and location

Great house, kitchen, bedrooms and great room with a pool. What more do you need. Great location on the beach with a gate on to the sandy beach. A great surf spot 400 yards down the beach Pura Vida!

Incredible beachfront

We had a time of our life at this home! Best part was the easy access to the beach right in front of the house, we played in the tide pools, beach, and ocean all day and if we weren’t on the beach we were playing in the pool with incredible views of the ocean. The house is beautiful with a great deck for sunsets, kitchen is equipped with everything! The bedrooms were spacious with luxury sheets and bedding all with walk out access to the upstairs deck! I can’t wait to book this place again and hope to make it a yearly event! Great for families with littles and teens, but also great for adult only getaway!

Insane location.

The pictures didn't do this house justice. We just stayed right there. Fun surf in front of the house. Wife and daughter had the pool and a sandy beach break to swim in. My son and I surfed Negra and Sandy's. My son caught a good size GT fishing from the beach. We gave it to the gardener. He was stoked. House had all the amenities of home we wanted. WiFi, Espresso machine etc.... Good house manager and cleaning crew. Next time we will stay longer and maybe bring another family with us. Definitely coming back next year.

Dodd Family Vacation

The house is an older property and could use some overall maintenance. The living area was fine and spacious. The front area with pool was nice but overall yard area needed upkeep. The property management was outstanding , responding quickly to texts and questions. The homes in that area are somewhat remote. The roads into Tamarindo are extremely rough and dusty. Petty crime is a problem in the area so locking up was always on your mind and also setting the house alarm. The beach area in front of the house is outstanding with shallow water for the kids and good surfing further out. It was a great vacation and everyone had a good time. You have to remember you are in a third world country and can’t expect everything you have in more populated and newer resort areas.
