Effective May 1st, upon arrival at the Greeter's Cottage, all guests of Bear Lake Reserve will be responsible for paying a Resort Preservation Fee. This fee will be $30/day (with the maximum fee per stay being $150 or 5 days) and will be charged upon check in.
