Our stay could not have been better. The location is close to the Vatican and easy walking to transportation. The restaurants and market in the area are excellent. The apartment is stunning and the access to the private roof top terrace was a huge bonus. The hostess is lovely and very easy to work with.

The apartment was gorgeous! Francesca was so helpful when we needed to add another person to our booking. We really enjoyed our stay there. The subway is close by. Once you get the hang of the subway system, its pretty easy to navigate Rome. She was also helpful with recommendations and finding things we needed close by.

Modern and spacious unit. Extremely clean. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Functioning washer and dryer combo unit. Walking distance to the Vatican, subway station, restaurants and grocery stores. Owner is pleasant and quickly responds to communications. Would highly recommend to anyone. I would 100% book this unit again if I return to Rome. Thank you for the stay! My family enjoyed it.

Such an amazing apartment and location. This was perfect for our family for exploring the city. I hope we can come again! Great coffee shop/restaurant right below apartment and market across the street. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful apartment in a very nice part of town. Lots of places to eat within a short walk. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Whole apartment was well stocked. The rooftop terrace was an amazing plus.

It was perfect in every way. The apartment was lovely -- exactly as it looks in the photos. The location was the best! We walked everywhere. We stayed for almost 4 weeks and really felt like we lived in Prati. The owner, Francesca, gave us a tour of the food market across the street and she showed us the best place to get coffee and pastries in the morning. The kitchen was fully equipped and, when our son's family stayed with us, i cooked several meals. We travel ALOT and this was one of our top travel experiences. We definitely will be back. We miss it already.

The apartment is as described and pictured. Great location and within minutes to Vatican. The accommodation was great for 4 adults. Host was easy to reach when needed. Apartment is very clean but can use some refreshing on paint and furnishings. Would stay here again.

Perfect month in Rome

This apartment is even better than its listing. We stayed 31 nights and felt so at home here. Francesca was an amazing host as our various family members moved in and out. This was our 4th visit to Rome and by far the best, in many ways because of this beautiful accommodation.

Host was very helpful. Location was superb! Apartment was beautifully appointed, updated to include modern conveniences but there were some appliance issues during our stay, mainly with the dishwasher. The washing machine is a washer/dryer combo so the cycles take longer but there are heating racks to hang dry clothes. Francesca was responsive and helpful, and even gave us a personal tour of the Trionfale Mercato with some excellent recommendations for food sources. Easy walking distance to Vatican. Safe neighborhood. Stayed with husband and three kids and we were all comfortable with bedroom/bathroom space.

Excellent Stay!

This is our second time here, and it remains a great apartment in an excellent part of Rome. Clean, comfortable, excellent communication with the host, at a reasonable price for Rome. We will stay here again if we travel with another group in the future.
