The studio features a comfortable king bed and direct access to the riverside through large sliding glass doors. Natural light fills the space, while the close proximity to the water creates a peaceful backdrop throughout your stay. This ground-level unit allows for easy entry and effortless access to the shared outdoor spaces just steps away. Please note there is no AC, but there is heat.

Kitchen and Dining
The thoughtfully equipped kitchenette makes light meals and easy mornings simple and convenient. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, portable single-burner induction cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided to start your mornings right.

It's a wonderful way to spend a warm summer afternoon while enjoying one of Redstone's most iconic historic properties.

Please note that there is no cell service in the Redstone area. During peak season, internet service may be slow and is best suited for texting only. We do not recommend planning to work remotely from the villas due to limited and unreliable connectivity. If dependable internet access is important for your stay, our villas may not be the right fit for your trip.

Rental Policies
This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area on the property.

All pets require pre-approval. A maximum of one pet is allowed. An additional pet fee of $75–$150 applies depending on the length of stay. Due to API connection limitations, this fee is charged separately on third-party platforms.

Pack-n-play is available by reservation only. Please request at booking. Linens for the pack-n-play are not provided.

A charcoal grill is available for guest use on the shared riverside patio.
