We loved this place! The only thing that would have been helpful for us was an elevator as we were traveling with my aging mother and the stairs were difficult to navigate but we managed.

We had a great stay here while visiting Rome. You cannot ask for a better location. Every major tourist site is within walking distance. The area felt safe and lots of shops and restaurants at the doorstep. The apartment was very large and clean. It is very comfortable. The beds are nice. The bathrooms are a little bit tired but still clean and well functioning. Very highly recommend this place when visiting Rome.

Air conditioning was great during a heat wave! Perhaps we did not read the description carefully, but there were 4 flights of stairs to reach our apartment, very difficult with luggage. The shower did not work well, and we were hoping for a washing machine but there was none. The refrigerator was a good size, there was a stove, microwave, and dishwasher - but no soap for the dishwasher. The location was very good.

Stay at Cartari Deluxe Apartment

Beautiful period property on a quiet street. Very clean inside. Host very responsive and helpful. Close to areas we wanted to visit such as Vatican City and Piazza Navona. I was unable to open the balcony door in the back bedroom but there was a fan to use. Also, the hinge bracket on the toilet in the shower room broke, although it was still usable.

Cartari Deluxe apartment

We loved the location - right near great restaurants and bars. Vibrant and buzzy. The bathrooms need updating. They have seen better days. The toilet seat wobbles, the toilet paper holder moves on the wall, the taps are stiff, the shower head needs a good descale, and the decor is tired. The kitchen has two wine glasses! One cereal bowl! The apartment is a good choice for its location, and a short stay if you’re out exploring Rome. We did not think it was ‘deluxe’.

Loved our stay at this authentic Roman delight

We loved our stay at this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment located centrally in Rome. The gorgeous wooden beams in the ceiling, the grand windows, curtains etc made it feel like our little palazzo abroad. Perfect foot print for family. Would stay here again!! Everything was great. Would have liked to store our bags upon check out but really appreciated the early check in, so all good.

This apartment is beautiful and in the most fabulous location. It is walking distance to everything we wanted to do, but not too crowded. There are tons of restaurants and cute shops all around it, along with a daily market in the little square. My family loved this location and how spacious the apartment was. All questions I asked of the host were answered immediately and everything went very smoothly.
