In addition to the terrace, a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms make up this accommodation, which is itself part of an independent house surrounded by the greenery of its olive trees.

The historic village is therefore easily reachable in a few minutes by car or bus while the panoramic road allows you to easily reach the nearby Park of Portofino, Camogli and Rapallo.



The tranquility of the location therefore offers an exclusive relaxing stay while remaining in the most mundane of the Rivera Ligure villages.

Dieser Urlaub war für uns ein Albtraum!

Schon die Anreise war sehr schwierig. Wir standen vor einem falschen Haus mit einem heruntergekommenen Haus. Nach Rückfrage bei dem Makler bekamen wir die genaue Adresse nochmal zugeteilt. Nach einer Stunde haben wir dann das Haus gefunden. Als wir im Haus ankamen, stellte meine Frau fest, dass in unserem Schlafzimmer, das wir ausgesucht haben, Blutspuren auf dem Bettüberzug zu sehen waren. Nach Bericht an den Makler bekamen wir die Antwort -sheet-. Wir haben einen neuen Bettüberzug verlangt, der dann vor unserer Haustüre lag. Da hat der Urlaub schon gut angefangen. Bei dem ersten kleinen Badezimmer war die Spülung defekt, weil immer Wasser nachlief. Ich habe dann versucht die Bedienung so einzustellen, dass sich das Wasser automatisch abgestellt hat. Außerdem war der Clodeckel bei der Schraubung unterhalb defekt. Nach drei Tagen konnten wir nur noch ein Programm schauen. Ich habe dies moniert und bekam zur Antwort, dass wir einen Programmfehler gemacht haben. Wir sollten selbst den Fernseher in Ordnung bringen. Das konnten wir natürlich nicht und so mussten wir dann bis zum Schluss des Urlaubs auf den Fernseher verzichten. Für mich war besonders ärgerlich, dass ich dann die Fußballspiele Deutschland - Italien nicht anschauen konnte. Immerhin hatten wir mit Television gebucht. Wir hätten schon erwartet, dass sich jemand nach dem Fernseher umschaut. Der Wasserkocher war so verkalkt, dass meine Frau ihn erst sauber machen musste.

Toller Ausblick

Die Veranda hält was sie verspricht: Super Ausblick und erträgliches Klima selbst in der Mittagshitze. Der perfekte Ort, um gar nichts zu machen. Wer oben wohnt, der hört, was unten passiert. Das ist eine ganze Menge. Aber wer absolute Stille und Einsamkeit sucht, sollte nicht im Sommer an die ligurische Küste fahren. Von der Wohnung ist man schnell in der Stadt, am Strand und am Bahnhof, von dem man alle Nachbarstädte schnell erreicht (Trenitalia App benutzen). Der Rückweg, die Treppen hoch, ist dann aber anstrengend. Wer sich selbst versorgt, z.B. mit Trinkwasser, der benötigt ein Auto. An der SS1 in Rapallo ist ein Supermarkt mit Parkplatz auf dem Dach. Ansonsten bringen Reisen Überraschungen. In einer italienischen Wohnung/ Küche ist eben nicht alles so wie Zuhause. War für uns ok.
