This spartment is well equipped and has 2 spacious washrooms. Perfect time of year weather wise. Marcos was pleasant in welcoming us, showing us around and suggesting places to dine in the area. O Gato was very friendly and has a massive menu. Ice cream desserts were incredible. Rei da Gluton, J'Agora also very good for food specials and drink. Carpa good, but not what people rave about in our mind. Would stay again in this location, right on Metro line. So convenient.

Si vous avais les fenêtres ouvertes, il na pas des miracles. L’appartement avec fenêtres à double vitrage a une bonne isolation sonore et thermique. Si vous avais laissé les fenêtres ouvertes, il me semple fou de parler du bruit nocturne, car avec les fenêtres fermés, on n’a pas aucun bruit, malgré être placé dans l’avenue principale. Vous êtes la première personne qui a parlé de bruit à cette appartement. Nous avons 3 appartements au même bâtiment et jusqu’aujourd’hui, en plis que cent commentaires, rien a commenté le bruit, car il n’existe pas. Peut-être vous êtes plus habitué à la campagne et être dérrangé seulement par le chant du coq. C’est dommage qui ça vous fait donner seulement 4 étoiles à un appartement qui sûrement mérite 5 étoiles et savant qui vous avais retourné pour le louer une deuxième fois. Je suis désolé, mais je ne vous recevrai pas pour la troisième.

Pour visiter Porto dans de bonnes conditions, il est difficile de trouver mieux: - SITUATION: à environ 100 m de la station D .Joao II du Métro permettant de relier le centre de Porto en moins de 15 mn, commerces à proximité, notamment supérette Continente QUALITE: - prestations du logement et équipements de très bonne qualité, très propre, - jolie vue plein Est, 5 ème étage avec ascenseur, et cerise sur le gâteau, place de stationnement en sous sol.

Ich kann Ihren Kommentar nicht akzeptieren, da er nichts mit der Realität zu tun hat. Tatsächlich war diese Wohnung vor Ihrer Ankunft in makellosem Zustand, neu, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet und dekoriert. Sie haben mir nicht mitgeteilt, dass Ihr Freund nur in einem großen Rollstuhl ankommt und sich bewegt. Dieser Rollstuhl hat die Wände der Wohnung und die Türrahmen voller Kratzer verlassen. Außerdem benutzten Sie die mittlere Tischdecke, die zur Dekoration gedacht war, voll mit Fett, das sie unbrauchbar machte. Die Handtücher, die in reinem Weiß gehalten waren, wurden zusammen mit Farbtüchern gewaschen und blau. Die Bettlaken waren mit riesigen Spuren von blutiger Flüssigkeit imprägniert. Diese Wohnung ist für zivilisierte Menschen gedacht und verdient keine Kommentare wie die Ihre, die das Wahre nicht respektieren.

luxurious, clean and well located

This apartment was just perfect! We were a little family traveling with two small children. We had a car so it was important for us to find a place where it was easy to park. This place has an indoor garage and was only 3 direct metro stops from Porto. Marcos met with us personally to show us the apartment. The apartment itself was extremely clean, modern and well taken care of. The supermarket was just across the building, very convenient. Overall a very luxurious, clean and well located apartment to visit Porto. Thank you Marcos!!

Séjour très agréable à Vila Nova de Gaia pour visiter Porto et ses alentours. L'accès au métro est tout près et cela permet de laisser la voiture au garage. L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes, propre et literie très confortable ce qui est appréciable après des journées bien remplies de visites. Nous recommanderons vivement cette location à nos amis. Au plaisir de retourner au Portugal.
