My husband and I and another couple just spent a week at this lovely apartment in Porto. It was very comfortable for the four of us, especially because each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom away from the other. It is in a great location and is just a 10-15 minute walk to many of the main sights of Porto. We will definitely look to stay there again the next time we are in the city.

Jorge and Manuela we're excellent hosts. Their unit is amazing - exactly as shown. They provided everything you could possibly need including one of their own blenders for me to use! They gave us tons of suggestions of places to eat and things to do. A great location walking distance to many restaurants we enjoyed. We highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Porto.

This beautiful and well-equipped and maintained apartment made our stay in Porto a real pleasure. There was plenty of room for two couples and one single to stay comfortably. The hosts were gracious in accommodating our changing arrival time and meeting any need we expressed. The location of the apartment is ideal for walking to most parts of the city center. If we return to Porto, we would love to stay here again.

The apartment and hosts are amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It is recently renovated and has all the amenities one could need. The check-in process was smooth and our host was very helpful with guidance on what to do and see as well as good restaurants and shopping. We felt quite at home in this comfortable space. I would highly recommend!

Hosts were amazing and she met us at the property. She had a beautiful fruit basket and treats. She sat with us and showed us great places to go and things to do and was very responsive when we emailed with questions. This was one of the best host experiences we’ve ever had. The property was 2nd floor but it was 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. It was very clean and the host had laundry and cleaning service mid week. The building was in a perfect location and easy to get around town, metro close, grocery and pharmacy 5 min away and the main shopping walking street 10 minutes. The only negative for 2 couples was the large difference between the two bedrooms and how small the 2nd bathroom was, it was great having a full kitchen and a washer unit. Thankfully it had AC in every room since we were there during a heat wave. I would definitely recommend this place to stay while in Porto.

Thank you so much for your lovely review! It was a great pleasure to host you and we would love to host you again in one of our units. Exactly as explained in the listing, the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. Second floor because we are in Europe and not in the USA... It is important for tourists from the United States to realize that there is a whole different world outside the USA, with the old continent of Europe having its own conventions, systems and norms, which are worth knowing when visiting.

Beautiful, elegant, cozy apartment in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous apartment in the center of Porto. The host was very kind and provided recommendations on where to have lunch, and left a bowl of fresh fruit and wine for our stay. We would love to come again and recommend it to everyone looking for a nice family vacation.

The luxury of well maintained space was the best feature of this apartment. The host was very responsive to our needs and provided an excellent introduction to Porto and suggestions for activities. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and beverages in the fridge. The few minor issues that can inevitably crop up were addressed promptly and conscientiously. Although a washer/dryer unite was provided, the host arranged for our laundry to be done elsewhere, a real treat! There were a couple of well stocked grocery stores nearby and the apartment was well located for restaurants and the attractions of historic Porto. We were happy and well satisfied with this unit.

We were looking forward to this location from the VRBO listing but I can tell you it did not disappoint. Every detail was attended to. The furnishings, the decor and the design was fabulous. Our host Manuela went beyond expectations to explain to us all that Porto had to offer. If we are back in Porto we will absolutely stay here again.

Host was extremely welcoming, met us at the parking garage and walked us to the apartment. Once there, he spent an hour talking to us about Porto and gave dozens of recommendations on what to see, where to eat and how to get there. Additionally he provided a basket of fruit, some wine, port and spirits. Couldn't ask for better hospitality!
