The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on Rue des Gravilliers, one of the oldest streets in Paris, in the heart of the Haut-Marais, between Arts-et-Métiers, Châtelet, and Rivoli. The neighborhood is known for its authentic and creative atmosphere, blending historic buildings, artisan workshops, art galleries, and concept stores.



Less than a 5-minute walk away is the Marché des Enfants Rouges, a must-see for its stalls from around the world, and the ultra-modern Centre Pompidou. You'll also find numerous neighborhood cafés, renowned bakeries, bistros, and discreet bars that are very popular with Parisians. The apartment is also just steps away from the main shopping streets and districts (Rivoli, Francs Bourgeois, Châtelet, Bastille, etc.).

The flat is very central and you'll easily get anywhere with the metro closeby

The location is perfect, close to restaurants, metro and groceries. The layout works well for multiple guests and allows for personal space. The kitchen had everything needed along with the added benefit of onsite laundry. Communicating with Bea was solid and check in was simple.

Location, location, location. All services and tourist sites are close at hand. Paris never fails to give you a wonderful experience.While the amenities in the flat were good overall the host was very willing to address the minor issues promptly. This flat is in the heart of lots of restaurants, and less than a mile walk to the historic and museum district. It is close to several Metro stations, so getting around the rest of Paris was easy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay was fabulous! The location was perfect, very centric to most attractions. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. The one thing I will say is that it only had one toilet, which was not ideal for three rooms and a party of 6.

Wonderful Taste of Paris

Clean, easy check in process and Bea is a very responsive host. The neighborhood is wonderful and we had 6 fantastic meals within steps of our place. Paris Kitchen right across the street for breakfast and Derrière for a delicious and delightful dinner. We will definitely be coming back to Paris❤️

This Vrbo is a perfect 2 bedroom place in Marais. The beds are very comfortable. The pull out couch is also very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the Metro, shops and restaurants. We were 4 people. Two adults and two teenagers. The apartment is very compact but had everything we needed for a week in Paris. We were happy with the location. Very nice restaurants very close by. Superior Apartment in a great neighborhood

3 very nice rooms with 2 excellent baths. The only oddity was the single toilet for the entire apartment. The neighborhood is outstanding. We did a lot of walking and exploring. We were very sorry to leave this place.

I appreciated the kindness of the owner very much. The apartment is OK but there is very little if any natural light. The large attractive bedroom has a brick wall which is very pretty but bits of brick dust fall. Not sure what can be done about that. Location is great. It is not as fully wheelchair accessible as stated. There is a big step at the entrance. Lifting someone in a wheelchair is almost impossible unless there are at least two strong people. Still it was convenient and the area is terrific. Kind accommodating hosts. I would suggest leaving some basic things in the kitchen for arrival. Other VRBO homes do this. Coffee pods for example. Just a few.
