Wonderful place! Location, amenities, and host were all lovely. In the middle of the heat wave we were grateful for the AC units and large fan. The small bedroom was possibly the coolest place in the city!Timi is so kind and helpful and has thought of many things. We would definitely return!

This is a lovely apartment. Although right on the street it is surprisingly very quiet. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Two blocks from Metro line #1, a taxi stand, shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

We had an incredible week at Timi’s Le Marais apartment. The location was fantastic and the accommodations were perfect. Timi lives in the building and was there to greet us and show us around the apartment (and gave us water and coffee!). He even brought fresh flowers from his beautiful flower shop! There were many restaurants and shops nearby and we really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here in the future.
The apartment is bright, with big windows in the living room/kitchen and both bedrooms.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. Timi was such a gracious host, meeting with us and providing a tour of the apartment. It was such a spacious flat and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Metro. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and can't wait until our next visit.

This was our second time staying in this exact apartment. He is a wonderful host, and his apartment is located in a wonderful location …. The apartment had everything we need in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. A couple blocks from Notre Dam and numerous shops, and public transportation. Comfy, clean beds and a very clean apartment. The apartment was ideally located right in the heart of the Marais with the metro just steps away. We could get everywhere we wanted very quickly. The area is safe and full of activity. Time was a great host and showed us around the apartment when we got there. He works right next door if you have any questions, but we had a perfectly smooth stay while we were there. It’s huge by any standards, but certainly by Parisian standards. My son and I loved having separate rooms and a huge bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and value for such a nice place

The location was great. The beds were super comfortable. It was pretty quiet at night. The check in and check out was smooth. We stayed here a week and had no complaints.
