Die Wohnung war sehr schön mitten in der ebenfalls wunderschönen Innenstadt von Alcudia. Die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern und es war mehr als genug Platz für 5 Personen. Die Austattung war an sich auch sehr gut, das einzige Manko ist, dass sie entzwischen vielleicht etwas verlebt ist und hier und da vielleicht mal wieder renoviert werden könnte. Aber wir waren voll zufrieden und würden Sie immer wieder buchen.

Le logement de Joan et son équipe correspond parfaitement aux photos

Le logement de Joan et son équipe correspond parfaitement aux photos. C'est une maison grande, spacieuse, bien aménagée qui est parfaitement située à l'entrée de la vielle ville d'Alcudia. Il y a également un supermarché tout proche et un stationnement public ce qui a facilité notre logistique sur place et l'approvisionnement nécessaire pour notre séjour. La communication avec Joan a été impeccable, fluide et rapide tout au long de la prise en charge et du séjour. Nous avons eu une situation concernant des insectes trouvés dans le logement. Joan ainsi que le propriétaire ont été réactifs et conviviaux afin de trouver des solutions. Petit conseil pour les prochains groupes : valider les quantités de savon/gel de douche, papier de toilette, essuie-tout à la cuisine avant l'arrivée l'arrivée de nouveaux voyageurs/groupes. Ce pourrait être pratique et éviterait de déranger l'hôte durant le séjour. Sommes toutes, un beau logement dans une très belle petite ville :) Merci à Joan !

Excelente casa na cidade murada de Alcúdia, localizada em ruas centrais, ao lado de um dos restaurantes históricos, com bom isolamento acústico e espaço confortável para famílias, atendeu super bem todas as nossas expectativas, o atendimento do Joan foi sempre muito rápido e atencioso, com todas as informações para visitantes de primeira viagem à Mallorca.
