Paradise Bay Retreat is a vibrant location situated just past the popular Whiskey Point Brewing Company and McDonough's Market. This charming historic home offers a breathtaking view of the harbor and immediate access to nature. Guests can enjoy a birding trail right from the doorstep or walk 100 yards down the road to a 27-acre nature preserve.
-Unbeatable Walkability and Island Activities-
This location is ideal for island exploration. Spend a blissful day relaxing in the hammock, or venture out to explore the nearby museum, historic lighthouse, toy store, brewery, and deli. The downtown area is just a leisurely stroll away, providing an array of restaurants, shops, and various community events and concerts. For those feeling adventurous, you can visit the main public beach and schedule to rent kayaks, paddleboards, and jet-skis during the summer months. Furthermore, if you are planning on bringing your boat, this is the perfect house for you, being just steps away from the Northern Municipal Marina.
-Comfortable Accommodations and Included Linens-
This home is ideal for a large family or multiple families, featuring cozy and comfortable bedrooms to ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone. The first bedroom includes a king bed and two twins, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and two twins. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed. Linens and 1 bath towel per guest are included in your stay.
Wi- Fi is available but please ** Note ** There are 2 TVs, but NO cable TV service. If you really want to stay inside, feel free to plug in your own Firestick, Roku, or Chromecast.
During your stay, you have the freedom to explore the Island in different ways. Some visitors opt for biking or hiking, while others choose to reserve a spot for their vehicle on the Ferry/Beaver Island Boat Company. It's ADVISABLE to make these arrangements with the Boat Company WELL IN ADVANCE. Alternatively, renting a vehicle on the Island is just as convenient and hassle-free.
