The villa has a great location in the much-loved Canarian resort of Matagorda, with the shopping centre full of restaurants, bars and shops, being less than a 10 minute walk away. The villa, completed with a private pool, is furnished to a high standard and is designed to keep natural cool on hot sunny days. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, a heated pool and WiFi are included.

Villa Breezes enjoys a central location close to an abundance of facilities in the Matagorda area. With everything from restaurants and bars to excellent shopping opportunities, you're less than 10 minutes' walk from the nearby shopping centre. The pleasant beach of Playa Guacimeta is only minutes' stroll from your villa, or if you wish to venture further afield, head to Timanfaya National Park to wander at the picturesque volcanic landscape.

Main pool: 5.8 x 2.9 mtr, 1.45 - 1.6 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
