Playa Honda is a residential area of Lanzarote, so don't expect typical tourist services like excursion booking offices and discos to be close by. If you want to dive into real tourism for a day or two... Puerto del Carmen is only a short drive away.
Even though public transport like busses and taxis are fairly cheap, it might be worth renting a car. Restaurants, Shops and Bars in Playa Honda are within walking distance.
