Luxury quiet southfacing Villa in Marina Rubicon with Free Wifi & heated pool

MARINA RUBICON VILLA 'CASABLANCA' Luxury house in the best location as there is just a 2 minutes’ walk to the Marina which has a variety of restaurant, shops, beauty salons, spas, a gym, entertainments centers etc. and a 10km coastal path along the seafront.

A beautiful view of the sea and Fuerteventura is included.

One of the beaches is just a 10 mins stroll away.

The Villa is very private with its own solar heated pool and very quiet as it is located at the end of a short cul-de-sac lane therefore extremely safe, very quiet and no passing traffic. Very comfortable, set on 2 floors furnished and in a contemporary style. The south facing patio also has a sheltered part for alfresco dining and of course barbecues. A car is not essential but there is private parking at the premises. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen, a utility room, a very large bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs, a dining table inside and out ( a roomy patio with 4 sun lounger and comfortable cushions. )

Free WiFi is an added bonus.

Enjoy perfect all year round climate and magnificent sunsets

0ur villa is cleaned spotlessly before you arrive and at the end of week there is a cleaning with a towel and linen change included in the price. The villa has a fully enclosed solano/ utilitity room, with washing machine, ironing board,
Beautiful designer blue kitchen with black granite worktops. It has a dishwasher, full cooker, built in microwave, fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar and with all you need for self catering.

If you do need a cot this can be hired in advance.

The nearest supermarket is only 2 mins walk, so no need to stock up, just buy as you need.

We can also arrange ' meet and greet ' transfers to and from the airport, which is a friendly start to your holiday

Superb place to stay

This villa is superb, very clean and just what we wanted for our holidays.Ideal place for the rubicon marina as its only a 2 min walk to it.... plus close to a supermarket.Everything about villa was ideal...a home from.home. Everything you need for a stay was supplied.Communication with Christina was also excellent.I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay near Marina.

Relaxed and private

This is a lovely property on the edge of a very busy resort. Access to shops, bars, and restaurants is a short walk. The villa is comfortable, with all you need. It’s private, protected from the majority of the winds typical on the island, and the host could not have been more helpful. A great choice for a relaxing and private holiday.

La villa est bien placé par contre pas de vue mer uniquement quelques mas de voiliers au loin.Ce n'est pas une villa de luxe sinon rafraichissement à prévoir et changement de la vaisselle et literie.Il a plu le dernier jour et l'eau s'est s'infiltré par le plafond côté lave linge...dans ma valise malheureusement.Lanzarote est une belle île avec de belles excursions à faire.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Dazu hat auch die perfekte Lage zur Bummel- und Restaurantzone beigetragen.Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Christina war sehr gut. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Um eine luxuriöse Villa zu sein, wäre es jedoch hier und da angebracht, ein paar Dinge zu erneuern.

Great location in Playa Blanca

This two bedroom Villa is located in a great location, just 5 minutes walk from the Rubicon Marina with its fine array of Bars and Restaurants. The location could not be better. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable holiday, including a swimming pool, two bathrooms (a master and second bathroom downstairs), safe, washer and dryer and all normal kitchen amenities. Parking on the driveway, and you need for nothing as Christina your host is only a phone call away, and her maintenance team are on hand in minutes if required.

Relaxing week at Villa Casablanca

Had a relaxing week at Christina's villa. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & well equipped villa. Excellent location; 5 min walk to Marina Rubicon with supermarkets & excellent restaurants. Leisurely half hour walk along promenade to Playa Blanca town centre. The villa had a nice sized kitchen with adjoining solana/utility room (with ample crockery, cutlery, pans etc washing machine & clothes horse in solana). Outside was a built in bbq & utensils. Loved all the trees & plants. Pool & sunbeds ideal for a lazy afternoon. Great communication with Christina before & during our stay; thank you for the wine, cake & teabags on arrival! Would recommend for couples & families.

We had a lovely week despite the calima.The house is so convenient for the marina . Enjoyed some nice walks in the day and excellent restaurants in the evening. Also the airport transfers with Pete worked out superbly .

Really enjoyed our stay...Great villa for the 2 of us with all the amenities that you need during your stay. Could do with a some upgrading in parts...floor tiles recently regrouted but coming away, swimming pool loosing water so bubbling due to air suction so we filled up 3 times in the week from the outside hose. Towels changed during the week but not the bed linen?? Wifi very slow and only BBC channels on TV. Otherwise a great holiday...Christina was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. :)

Centralt ved havnen og restauranter

Huset har alt hvad man har brug for når man vil slappe af, være sig selv samtidig med at nyde havnens tilbud så som butikker og restauranter. Stedet er derfor ikke til unge mennesker der er til fest og farver. Værten gav en super service ved at give nyttige informationer inden ankomst, ikke kun om huset, men også om områdets seværdigheder og spisesteder. Hun tjekkede op halvvejs for at sikre at der ikke manglede noget - alt i alt en super god service hvor man som lejer føler sig værdsat.
