Beautiful house Charente 140m², New, comfortable and well equipped, with 45m swimming pool (9x5). Sleeps 8 people.
Garden 1900m². Parking 3 cars + 1 sheltered.
On the ground floor: beautiful living space (50m²) with kitchen, dining room, living room, open on the wooden deck, pool and garden. 2 bedrooms with double beds. And a room with bunk beds. 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, under the roof: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 mezzanine overlooking the dining room and 1 bathroom with WC.
8km from the sea, 17km from Royan, 14km from La Palmyre and 9km from Tremblade.
Our pets are unfortunately not allowed because of strong allergic reactions of an owner.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, toller Austausch auch schon im Vorfeld. Das Haus ist angenehm groß, wir waren mit zwei Familien vor Ort. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man bereit ist, zu fahren. Wir haben von dort viele Ausflüge gemacht und unterschiedliche Strände / Orte kennengelernt.

Schönes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit interesanten Ausflugszielen

Im Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der grosse Garten mit Pool ist durch eine hohe Hecke sichtgeschützt. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen, Strände, Zoo von Palmyr, Royan, L'ile d'Orleans, La Rochelle. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, einfache Übergabe und immer hilfsbereit wenn Fragen aufkamen.

Belle maison au calme. Idéale pour 8 personnes. Bel espace intérieur et extérieur. Piscine au top. Prévoir voiture pour visiter les environs. L'île Madame à ne pas rater. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très sympathiques.

Family holiday

My wife and I stayed at this property with our 2 young children for a week from 27 August to 3 September 2019. The owners Aurelien and Anne-Charlotte met us at the property and were very welcoming. Aurelien has almost perfect English and kindly showed us everything we needed to know about the property and also gave us advice on which beaches to visit together with details of nearby supermarkets, restaurants, boulangeries etc. They also left us a bottle of Pineau which was gratefully received. The property is located in a peaceful residential area but being just off the D14 has excellent links to Royan and the surrounding region. Beautiful beaches are within 10 minutes of the property by car. The only negative about the location is that there isn't really anything within walking distance such as restaurants so everything requires a short drive. The property itself was immaculate and modern and had everything that we needed for our stay. Although there were only 4 of us the property could comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and with segregated sleeping areas would lend itself well to two families sharing. The property has a good-sized front garden with swings and a secluded and enclosed rear garden with an excellent swimming pool, built-in BBQ and nice seating areas. We had a lovely stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Chris

Wonderfully located and equipped holiday home

We have just spent a week in this fantastic home. There is everything you could need and Anne-Charlotte was lovely to deal with. The house is private and secluded. Our children loved running round in the garden or splashing in the pool whilst we enjoyed a coffee from the N'espresso machine or a glass of Pineau (a bottle of which kindly awaited our arrival) on the deck. In terms of location, it was perfect for us - only a few minutes from beautiful Mornac, supermarkets just over 5 mins drive away in Arvert and less than 20 mins to our favourite Atlantic beaches. Couldn't recommend more highly - thanks Anne-Charlotte and your family for a great holiday.

Maison super équipée, tout y est. Jardin bien clôturé, au calme. Piscine très agréable avec un petit rebord permettant de faire le tour. Intérieur: beaucoup de vaisselle, de chaises. Douche très agréable avec un très bon jet. Seul petit bémol: le plafond de l'étage est très bas, dur dur pour le dos. En résumé, location à recommander chaudement avec en prime une région fort belle et variée à découvrir

une très belle maison de vacances

Cette jolie maison située dans une petite commune à quelques km de la Tremblade est le lieu idéal pour passer un séjour reposant. Elle est parfaitement équipée: literie confortable, équipement intérieur très complet, piscine bien entretenue, ... et bien située (à quelques km de belles plages). Seul bémol, l'absence de réseau mobile et de connexion ... mais les propriétaires (charmants) s'en occupent pour résoudre cette difficulté.

Séjour au top dans maison de charme

Une maison très agréable où l'on se sent comme chez soit : au calme, une très belle décoration, tout le nécessaire niveau cuisine et linge, chambres avec des rangements, un très grand salon avec cuisine américaine bien agréable en vacances ! La terrasse et la piscine sont un vrai plus et permettent de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur, avec un salon de jardin et des transats qui appellent à la détente. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires de très bons conseils. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

2nd séjour excellent

Il s'agissait de notre second séjour dans la région, et seconde location de cette maison. Plus longtemps cette fois-ci et plus nombreux (de 2 ans à 73 ans). Nouveaux salons intérieurs et extérieurs pour notre plus grand plaisir lorsque le soleil n'était pas avec nous. Tous ont apprécié! La maison est toujours aussi bien entretenue et conviviale. La sécurité de la piscine est un plus pour les petits. On nous reverra certainement l'année prochaine Encore merci à vous.

très bon séjour

Un très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable, bien conçue pour une location : propre, facile d'entretien, décoration sobre ne risquant pas de dégâts surtout avec des enfants, équipement très satisfaisant (cuisine, machine...) Une très jolie piscine propre. Beaucoup de dépliants pour découvrir la région: zoo de la Palmyre, le trains des mouettes... Localisation très calme.

Un excellent séjour !

Une semaine idyllique passée dans cette maison. Nous étions entre amis avec nos enfants. La maison est confortable, pratique, les pièces sont très bien desservies et grandes avec tout le nécessaire pour l'organisation et une vaste cuisine équipée. Les chambres sont confortables. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables, c'est bien simple nous n'avons pratiquement pas quitté la maison de la semaine, tellement nous y étions bien. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, avec de bons conseils pour les activités et vie pratique . Vous souhaitez partir entre amis ou en famille je vous conseille vivement cette chaleureuse maison !!!

Déjà envie d'y retourner!

Maison très propre et très bien équipée, située dans un village calme, mais proche de nombreux centres d'intérêt: zoo, train à vapeur, plages,villages pittoresques... Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille et nous la recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui ont envie de tranquillité et qui ont besoin de se reposer! Bravo aux propriétaires d'avoir su aménager un endroit si agréable!

Superbe séjour !

Envie de partir découvrir la région pour un week-end prolongé, nous avons choisi cette maison attrayante avec piscine. Nous avons été, avec un couple et deux enfants (ayant quelques mois), très à l'aise dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, avec beaucoup de charme et possédant tout le confort (jusqu'à la machine Nespresso). La maison était très propre, spacieuse, les extérieurs très bien entretenus. A 15 minutes de tous les endroits sympatiques à visiter Pour tout dire, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine! La famille CCM

Très agréable

Nous avons loué cette maison avec mon épouse et nos 4 enfants. Nous avons apprécié le calme de Chaillevette et de l'arrière pays royannais tout en ayant accès en 15mn en voiture à la côté sauvage où les enfants ont pu s'initier au surf. La piscine est grande et très appréciable pour les jours où l'on souhaite profiter du soleil sans avoir à bouger. Le port de Chaillevette est charmant avec ses petites cahutes d'ostréiculteurs où il est possible de déguster des huîtres. L'intérieur de la maison est très fonctionnel et spacieux. Il manque le wi-fi aux dires des enfants mais cela nous a permis de déconnecter un peu !

Maison très agréable avec de grands espaces, une belle piscine et de la verdure. Le calme est bien présent mais l'animation des stations balnéaires est à une dizaine de km. Séjour en famille et entre amis au top!!

Excellent séjour dans location tres bien équippée

Avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison au calme, très bien équippée avec une piscine magnifique, a proximité de sites pleins de charme comme ses ports ostreicoles avec ses petits restaurants, ses plages sauvages, le zoo de la Palmyre... Nous recommandons cette location pour sa propreté, sa localisation alliant campagne et bord de mer, la possibilité de très belles balades à vélo. De plus, les jeunes propriétaires sont charmants.
