Great apartment for larger groups

Nicely renovated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was very pleasant. We were able to buy groceries just a couple of blocks away and cooked several of our meals in the nicely appointed kitchen (but no microwave).

Good for a large group..

Very barebones apartment, but could sleep a lot of people which was just what we needed. Unfortunately, the apartment and kitchen was a bit dirty, and the description mentioned there was a hot tub which there wasn't... And we were unexpectedly charged a 30 euro "Tourist Tax" at check-in which could only be paid in cash that had not been previously mentioned anywhere. Would have appreciated the heads up as we barely had enough cash on hand, and we had selected this vrbo because it was one of the most affordable options and had not planned for an additional tax to be unexpectedly added onto our total cost at check-in.

Appartement spacieux, prévu pour des groupes, très fonctionnel et idéalement situé pour visiter Pise. Communication très fluide avec Giulio qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Prévoir toutefois, des bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger, on entend distinctement la rue et les voisins.

Estancia muy agradable y satisfactoria

Somos un grupo de 9 personas entre (19 y 24 años). Hemos ido de vacaciones a Pisa tres noches y la estancia no ha podido ser más acertada. Muy buena ubicación (10/15 minutos caminando del centro de Pisa), ambiente tranquilo y cerca de dos supermercados abiertos hasta tarde. En las fechas que fuimos hacía frío todavía y siempre que llegábamos al apartamento estaba calentito. Es decir un 10 en la gestión de calor, ni mucho ni muy poco. También apuntar que teníamos agua caliente constantemente y se pueden duchar dos personas a la vez sin quedarse sin agua caliente. La cocina está bien equipada y el comedor es muy espacioso. Estuvimos los 9 comiendo juntos en la mesa sin problemas de espacio. Las habitaciones son acojedoras, hay armarios y muebles para poder repartir bien la ropa de todas las personas del dormitorio. Además, en cada habitación hay una mesa escritorio. Las camas estaban hechas al llegar y puestas con mucho mimo. En resumen, estamos encantados con el hospedaje y los propietarios son muy atentos y amables. Lo recomendamos al 100%.
