Walk just one block to the fabulous Montana Ave with cafes, fine dining, coffee shops, banks, beauty services, super markets, boutiques and the famous Aero movie theater. The property is 10 blocks east of the famed Palisades Park with steps to beautiful beaches below. Just 1 block away you will find the amazing Father's Office, with burgers and artisan beers on tap. Take a 5 - 10 minute stroll, tops, to visit the Third Street Promenade and Santa Monica Pier.
Leave your car behind... Santa Monica is a wonderful walking town. Hulu bike shares are available 2 blocks south of the property; local cross-town buses connect to the Metro rail or you can walk. Ride a Santa Monica Big Blue Bus or Uber/Lift to any location including the nearby beach communities of Venice, hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, and Malibu.
The Loft comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need to create the ideal “staycation” while immersed in the ultimate Santa Monica experience. Luxury linens and towels are provided.

Perfect location and great apartment

This studio apartment was wonderful, comfortable, and in such a great location in Santa Monica near Montana Ave. So easy to get to any of the places in L.A. we wanted to visit. And some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were helpful and friendly, as well. We loved our stay.

Great location!

This was a fabulous stay! The hosts were super nice and welcoming. The unit was really clean, bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, kitchen nice stocked. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Short walk to Montana Ave which was really convenient. I highly recommend it!

Fabulous Santa Monica property!

Outstanding location, beautiful apartment, really comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Montana (filled with restaurants). Walked through lovely neighborhoods to the ocean and overall, we couldn't have been happier. Throughout the booking process, the hosts were super responsive and once we were there, everything was perfect so we had little need to be in touch. Absolutely recommend this apartment!

Perfect location for us

This location was great, and for us personally, could not be better while visiting family just a block away. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping is convenient and easy. Accommodations are spotless, spacious and comfortable. Spiral staircase and loft could be a challenge for some. The hosts are wonderful people. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice space to stay in SM. If you are 6 ft. or over and don’t want to navigate winding stairs if you need to use the bathroom a couple times in the middle of the night, this space will work for you. Very clean, quiet and in a super location.

Perfect for our needs!

Children in Santa Monica welcomed a new baby and my wife and I were able to be there to help out. Very clean. Loft style bed could be challenge for some people.

Every little detail was considered

Besides being in the perfect location-safe, walkable, convenient-the hosts provided a super clean and comfortable space. It’s cute and stylish, and every single need was met beyond expectations. Instructions were clear and thorough with the essentials plus lots of recommendations. We always found parking easily. Having the bed up in a little perch with a lower ceiling and the spiral stairs worked great for us but might not work for everyone. We would stay over and over again if we could.

Great Spot in Santa Monica!

Very convenient to beach, Palisades Park, Montana St. and more. Communication w/host is great, easy check-in and all amenities in unit as well as a heap of delish snacks. Nice place for a getaway!

Loved my stay at Kevin,s Apt!

Very nice hosts, great personal touches and ideal location! I would suggest considering dimmer switches on living room and sleep loft as well as a reading light for sleeping loft.

Sunny vacay in Santa Monica

The unit is ideally located for shopping on Montana, exercising at the beach, and exploring the rest of LA. Very quiet at night with a super-comfy bed and chic private deck for coffee and crossword in the morning. We didn't do any cooking because we had to try as many great restaurants as possible. Specifically. R and D Kitchen, Jon and Vinnies, Birdie G's, Flower Child and HiHo.

This property is next to famous Montana avenue where you have access to shopping , dining a famous Pub "Father's Office" and walking distance to the 3rd street Promenade and the beach.

What makes this property unique

You don't need a car and if you do there is Uber , Lyft and 2 types of electric scooters and bikes available to rent in the neighborhood. The beach bike path is a must when visiting. The Bike path and beach are walking distance from our studio, straight down Idaho ave.
