Enjoy "Pura Vida" On Indian Rocks Beach //Luxury Condo new to rental market

Pura Vida translates to "Pure Life or The Good Life" in Spanish. Enjoy our beautiful 2 bedroom , 1 bath condo across the street from one of the premiere beaches in Florida. Exactly 140 steps to the powder sand beaches of Indian rocks. There are several restaurants and shops within a block or two from our condo.
The condo has a huge balcony facing the ocean so you can enjoy the sunset every night of your relaxing stay.
Both bedrooms have a beautiful new queen size bedroom set with new comfortable mattresses. The living room has a black leather couch and 2 chairs with ottomans so you can enjoy some tv when you are not at the beach.
Fully stocked kitchen including pots,pans, utensils and plates in case you ever want to cook in. The Jolly Trolley has a stop right in front of the unit so you can explore the coast from Clearwater to St Petersburg without ever having to turn on your car. The unit also includes 2 covered parking spots to keep your car cool and away from the Florida sun. During the months of January - April we only rent a minimum of 2-3months

Comfortable and well located

Good location, but not for those who can't stand a bit of traffic noise. Across the road from the beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Appartment was clean and comfortable, the only minor complaint would be that it could use a few more pots and pans especially if eating in a lot.

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to spend two months at Pura Vida! The condo was even better than the photos - super comfortable furniture and beds and super clean. Rafael had thought of everything to make for an enjoyable stay and was quick to respond to any questions or issues. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was awesome since we ate in quite often. The location is perfect - walking distance to many restaurants and stores and, best of all, right across the street from our favorite beach! The condo also boasts an expansive west-facing deck - just the spot for evening cocktails and dinner while watching the sun set. Rafael - thank you for an absolutely amazing stay. We can’t wait to return 💕

Had an amazing time in IRB. Rafael’s condo is an amazing place....beautifully decorated and cozy. The best feature is the couple steps from the most beautiful beach in Florida. White powdery sand! Loved the local restaurants, all within walking distance....TJs, Guppies, Salt Public, and 18 on the Rocks. Can’t wAit for our next visit!

Awesome!!

My hubs and I stayed here for a little over a month. We absolutely loved it! The location was so convenient! Walk to the French bakery, Guppy's and Keegan's to name a few really good restaurants The beach was an easy walk across the street. Beach towels, chairs, noodles and boogie boards were provided by owner. The sunsets were to die for! As for the condo itself, I feel it was very well appointed and so comfy! Very clean and with all the towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen stuff you would ever need. We loved sitting out on the deck for our morning coffee. The traffic noise could get loud on the weekends. Not a deal breaker for us. In a world where you can stay at a no name high rise, I prefer the independently owned condo's. While we had no issues while we were here, I feel confident that Raphael would have responded in record time. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! Highly recommend!!

My wife and I we stay from Friday to Sunday. The condo is beautiful, all brand new furniture, big and super clean. Condo is completely remodel, Deco is A+++++++. The communication with the owner was very pleasant. A lot of places near to eat and shopping. Can't wait to be back....
