A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor which has a spacious feel with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating a built-in electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

With fabulous floor to ceiling large glass doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace and across to Kalkan Bay. The lounge includes an L-shaped sofa, pouf and a flat screen TV, and there is a dining table with seating for 6 guests, with two bar stools at the kitchen island. First Floor

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Outdoors

The large terrace feels very private and comprises a pool measuring 9 x 4m (1.50m deep) with walk-in roman steps, outside shower and the most amazing panoramic sea views. 10 sun loungers adorn the pool with side tables and 2 large parasols.

There is a covered dining terrace which comfortably accommodates 10 people for alfresco dining, and a built-in BBQ can be found nearby. There is a comfortable seating group located at the side of the villa under a shady pergola which provides an excellent location for sipping a sundowner and soaking up the marvellous sea views. Table tennis is located at the side of the villa for guest’s entertainment.
