Beautiful place! Great location! Communicative host!

The title really sums it up, the host was very communicative and Laura was as amazing when we met her to check in to the stay. They kept an open line of communication and offered to make reservations, give suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc. The apartment was spacious and beautiful and in a great location. My friends and family kept saying that it was the nicest place they’ve ever stayed for a home stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Florence

Summer in Florence

My family and I decided to spend a week in Florence, Italy during the summer holiday. We decided not to stay in a hotel this time and opted to rent an apartment where we would have more space and privacy. We also wanted to be a short walking distance from all the museums, shops, and restaurants. Staying at Francesco's apartment was just perfect. The apartment had all we needed - space for the family, proximity to all we wanted to see and experience, air conditioning, internet access, washing machine, dryer, a well-fitted kitchen with all the appliances we wanted, and a huge living and dining area with a smart TV. The Caretaker, Laura, though not too fluent in English, was always available to assist and would respond to whatapp messages within minutes, same with Francesco, the owner of the apartment. They attended to any issue we had and provided sufficient/basic information on the community, such as Grocery Stores, Museums, etc. The only error with the number of rooms indicated in the description of the apartment (one room less), which i hope has been corrected. You also have to be mindful of the fact that such apartment buildings do not have elevators. Thankfully we only had to climb three flights of stairs as the apartment was on the 1st floor. My family enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and recommend it for a small/medium-sized family or friends. Thank you Francesco and Laura

Ebele and his family's stay at my place was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were an exceptionally well-mannered and respectful family. Their courteous demeanor and friendly attitude made hosting them a pleasure. One of the standout qualities of Ebele and his family was their respect, not only for my property but also for my neighbors and the house rules. They adhered to all the guidelines with utmost care, ensuring that the peace and harmony of the neighborhood were maintained. It's rare to come across guests who are as considerate as they were. Moreover, upon their departure, I found my place in impeccable condition, a testament to their responsible and thoughtful nature. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Ebele and his wonderful family to any host. Their excellent manners, respect, and overall positive presence are qualities that any host would appreciate and cherish. Hosting them was a pleasure, and I would gladly welcome them back anytime.

Splendide

Cet appartement est extrêmement beau avec beaucoup de charme. Il est très bien situé, au calme mais très proche des sites à visiter. Il possède tous les atouts ... petits commerces à proximité, pharmacie... Nous avons passé avec notre fille un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cet appartement dans un beau quartier. Un mot pour finir sur le propriétaire qui est à la hauteur de son appartement... parfait et aussi pour la personne qui nous a accueilli..très gentille, ponctuelle..bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
