Great stay at Lake Garda with DesenzanoLoft

The location is excellent. So many things within walking distance. Parking was easy and always available. The DesenzanoLoft staff were always available and very responsive to any requests or questions. The sunrise view of the lake in the morning was spectacular.

Desenzanoloft

Andrelina was amazingly helpful . She realized that a train strike was scheduled for our departure day and she arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. We would have been stranded without her foresight and help.

The apartment was as pictured. Clean and spacious. Location was good, in walking distance of everything we needed. The lake view is good, over the buildings in front but still beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The dryer didn’t work but they did have a drying rack. The A/C also wasn’t working but we kept the windows open so we were OK in April. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub only (no shower) but the hand held spray wand is on a sliding bar and can be adjusted to use as a shower head when seated in the tub. Free parking on site was always available and it was handy to have an elevator up to our floor. Margherita was great at check in and check out, and was always available when we asked questions. Overall a great stay and value.

Hermoso lugar

La ubicacion es excelente, todo a pasos, tiene buen estacionamiento incluido, la cama muy comoda y la atencion , especialmente de David, muy buena y servicial. Dice desayuno incluido, lo que no es asi, ofrecen bolsa de te y cafe, una manzana o pera y un quequito de colacion, el pan hay que pedirlo y pagarlo. No tiene ni horno ni microondas, lo que es muy incomodo para calentar comida, deberia tener, al menos, una de las dos cosas
