We had a great holiday. We were very pleased with the property. The French windows did not lock and made us feel a little insecure. I messageD the host but did not receive a reply. I think the bedding should and towels should be changed after a week. Could do with a safe at the property and a nice ouch would be cushions for the sun beds at the pool. Many villas seem to have these. We were not aware there was a security payment until last minute. I don’t disagree with this but it should be communicated earlier. Also when I queried it it was then showing on the invoice showing final payment. I pointed out that the invoice then did not add up correctly. Then they added the refund date. Altogether not very satisfactory.
