Total renewed house situated at the Condominium Ipanema Villages in Vilamoura, which is bordered by the golf course. This is a private, secure and calm complex with little or no passing traffic. Perfect for a quiet vacation and just a few minutes to the Vilamoura Marina & city centre.
Around the house is a very pleasant wooded area and it is located juts next to the Hotel Hilton Cascatas (5 stars hotel).
This house is placed exactly in front of the swimming pool of the condominium. In this common area there is also a bar.
It has 2 private terraces with direct access to the beautiful common gardens and the pool.
In this area there are lots of pathways between lovely gardens and private houses that you can enjoy specially in the morning and during sunset. The house has free Wi-fi service.

About the location: As a location specifically designed for tourism, it has proved to be a very successful holiday destination for all ages due to the variety of facilities that it provides holiday makers.

Nearby: Nearby there is the Falesia and the Vilamoura Beach.Both amazing with beautiful sunset and lots of bars.
The Marina is full with restaurants, bars, night clubs and brand name stores. Is a lively place throughout the day and perfect for a simple walking by.
There is a Coffee shop on demand in front of the house.
There's also a Casino next to the Marina, with glamours shows and a very cool disco.
There are 6 golf courses: Old Course, Millennium, Laguna, Vila Sol, Pinhal and Victoria Course.
Just 15 min. away is the biggest Shopping Center in Algarve (In Albufeira).
The Seven Spa is just beside the house (open to people that are not guests at the Hotel).

I stayed here for a week with my family. The property was lovely - just as described and viewed online. The pool was fantastic, a brilliant size and very quiet. The location of the property was so handy for heading down to the Marina. We had a lovely stay - thank you Raquel.

A little corner of paradise! Perfect.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Easy to find, near the sea, warm welcome. Very clean, very pleasant house, modern style, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, optimum dishes with everything you can find at home (very practical), television with cable and optimum wifi. We were able to take advantage of this beautiful terrace with barbecue facing the swimming pool. Perfect, nothing to complain about. We were thrilled! A little paradise... We will definitely be back! Thank you for this great performance.

Relaxing holiday accommodation

A perfect property for a relaxing holiday in a quiet safe neighbourhood but close enough to walk to the busy Marina (35mins) or easy Uber/taxi ride. There are a small number of restaurants within 10minute walk which we preferred to frequent. The Property was spotlessly clean and well appointed which is perfect for a couple or a family with younger children. A private secure shaded courtyard garden and roof terrace which overlooks the pool and cafe bar. We had one minor issue with the bathroom shower drain which we contacted Raquel about, this was unavoidable but will be resolved in the Autumn. Communication was helpful and Raquel was quick to respond . We would definitely return to this property.

We had a great time here

The description of the house corresponds exactly to the accommodation. Everything was great: - The pool right outside the door. Few people visited it. We were even alone in the pool in the morning. We then go to the roof terrace to dry off and relax. - The whole complex is very well maintained. - The beds were all very comfortable, even the ones in the children's room. The only drawback was that the window in the children's room could not be ventilated properly. - The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is available. However, someone should adjust the fridge door, it was stuck. - Bathroom everything in perfect order. - The terrace was also very nice, but the barbecue would have to be overhauled. - We found the location very nice. Quiet but still central and great for excursions in the Algarve.

Casa muito bem decorada como se estivéssemos em casa. Áreas muito bem aproveitadas cheias de arrumação e bem conservadas. Casa muito bem equipada com todos os acessórios necessários para passar bons momentos em família. Piscina muito tranquila, assim como todo o espaço envolvente á propriedade. Perto de tudo para se ir de carro e para os mais atrevidos, mas sem crianças, vale a bela caminhada até á Marina de Vilamoura. Certamente voltarei a repetir, mas agora ficamos mais 1 semana.

Lovely cosy villa

We had a great time staying at Raquels property and appreciate how helpful she was whenever needed. Situated in a lovely area with a large swimming pool and seating area. Also within walking distance of a couple of beaches over a very nice route. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

Super holiday

A great villa equipped with everything you need. Lovely quiet location but within easy reach of the busy marina. The pool area was fabulous and we enjoyed the barbecue and terrace. The owner was delightful to deal with and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Maison agréable sauf pour la salle de bains où régnait une odeur de remontée d'égout quasi constante. Le wifi est limité ce qui n'est pas précisé. Aucune chaîne française et mauvaise literie. Nice well-equipped house in a calm neighborhood

The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We love the barbecue on the terasse. From the backdoor of the house you have a direct entrance to the pool area. The pool is big and the water was very clear. The pool area was very little frequented. We travel with a baby and so we was happy that we found in the house a babybed, a highchair and a potty. We spent a wonderful holiday in this house in Vilamoura and we can recommend this accommodation.

Love it!The house and the area

We have stayed with the family in this beautiful house and we love it! Very well cared and clean. It has available all we needed including wi-fi!!! Details like shower gel, cleaning detergents,... The owner Raquel is very nice and attentive. We really liked our stay at this house and it was perfect for us. We also liked the location that although it is not on Vilamoura Marina, it is in a very calm place, great to be with the family and near the city centre.

Relaxing, very comfortable and beautiful

We loved the house (is very beautiful, comfortable and has all we needed) and the location! This area is very calm, surrounded by nature and beautiful houses. There were bicycles provided by Vilamoura nearby the house and we loved to use it to walk around and do some great walks around! The swimming pool is just in front of the house and the house has 2 terraces that are great to enjoy specially on late afternoon and night. It was the first time I stayed at the house were I had candles and so many details that the owner provides. We loved it and hope to come back again in a nearest future.

A very relaxing villa

We had a very relaxing holiday at the villa, got in the swing of things with daily swims at the pool and breaking it up with a swim at some of the Algarve's beaches. As per the photos the villa is obviously decorated to a very high standard and was well presented on our arrival. The cleaner is a lovely lady (only spoke portugese) and having her come half way through the stay to clean was a good touch, and she did a great job cleaning and fresh towels and sheets make a difference. The pool is right out the back gate and it's a lovely spot with a small cafe doing espressos and some food and ice creams - pretty handy. Pool was quiet when we were there - don't know how busy it might get in peak season. BBQ got a lot of use and it was nice to have two terraces - coffee on the top terrace before it got too hot was a nice way to start the day. Location requires a car, but was nice to walk to Pinhal GC for a game and/or just a hit on the practice range. Cafe del Arte is nearby and their weekly bbq was easily our favourite meal in Vilamoura. Otherwise everything else is a little far away for walking - with kids in tow we couldn't utilise the vilamoura (boris) bikes which is a pity as they look pretty handy. The villa is compact - and kitchen space pretty tight, possibly too much decoration - and there wasn't a lot in the way of tv options, very comfy sofa though… No air conditioning, so although you can open up the villa for the breeze it can get pretty hot, especially in the small bedroom, which is pretty compact (okay for small kids but wouldn't be great for teenagers to share). We had a very relaxing holiday and enjoyed our stay - didn't love the Vilamoura Marina an odd mix of trying to be expensive and tacky, once we worked out where we liked we had a good time.

Great and relaxing holidays!

We loved Vilamoura! It has it all: good beaches, a lot of restaurants and bars, casino, stores,…. This house is located a few minutes from the Marina of Vilamoura in a great relaxing area, so fantastic for a good walk and for biking. The swimming pool is just in front of the house which is fantastic! The house is just as you see on the photos, gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. The owner gives a lot of helpful information and it is always easily reachable. I am going back for sure and I do recommend this house for a family or romantic stay.

Fantastic Relaxing Holiday

We had a really relaxing holidays staying in this house. This area in Vilamoura where the house stays is amazingly calm, very beautiful and clean. The house is very well decorated with some great details and very well equipped. We even had candles to use and we did use them at night time for an romantic environment!...The condominium is very calm, there aren't a lot of people using the pool area that is just in front of the house! The house is very well maintained and the owner is very nice and always available when needed. I will certainly go back there and recommend to friends. I believe it is a good option also for families with kids because of the safe and good location of the house and the pool. Vilamoura is gorgeous and there so many shops and good restaurants at the Marina! There are also bicycles available all over Vilamoura that we can easily use to go all over the places at Vilamoura.

Excellent vila

The vila was very clean and got every thing you need. 5 star hotel is right infront of this vila and easy access either by walking to town centre Marina or by taxi only about 4 Euros. There are also near by good restaurants and a super markets. You can get map/ phone service from 5 star Hilton hotel just across the road. Swiming pool is clean and only accessible by local residents. There are beautiful flowers in this area and I enjoy walking alot. Owner is very friendly and you can ask her everything you need any time. Very enjoyable stay. I would recommand it to everyone.

Amazing Holiday :)

I have recently returned from Vilamoura and stayed in the beautiful villa, there was four of us in total and it couldn't have been better! The golf course is just over the road so perfect for the boys and as for us girls we walked out the back door onto the swimming pool area - perfect! We also hired a car so went to Vale do Lobo most nights for meals and drinks which I highly recommend, such a gorgeous place and we will definitely be going back next year! Vilamoura Marina is also very close and has lots of restaurants, bars, yachts to stare at and delicious ice cream shops! The beach is also gorgeous and perfect for a day trip, there are restaurants yo can eat in for lunch and the breeze makes it the perfect setting for the day. Raquel is very helpful with enquiry you have whilst at the villa and will answer any questions you have prior and during the stay. The villa itself is lovely inside, everything you could ask for! There i salsa a mini mini supermarket within walking distance of the villa which is perfect. We all had a great time and will definitely be returning! Jess, Chris, Joe and Sophie - Nottingham
