The ground floor features an open-plan layout, connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has a couch and chairs for relaxation, while the dining area has a small table and chairs.

What makes the kitchen unique is its versatility - the space can be adjusted to suit your preference - whether half-open, open, or closed with a glass sliding wall.
