Very well located, quiet apartment with all the facilities and equipment we needed for a short stay. It was nice to have air con though noting only the master bedroom had it so the other two were pretty hot at night.

This place was absolutely HUGE. I was shocked at how big it was, it was sooo nice. I loved the old aesthetic it really was beautiful. All of the beds were comfortable. The area was perfect right next to a market which we liked because we like to make breakfast at home. Also when we met Garnet to walk us there she was awesome. Very sweet, and friendly. I will be saving this VRBO for our next trip to Venice. Oh it’s also a quick walk from the boat if you choose to take that over, 5 minutes, when we were leaving we walked all the way to the train station instead of taking the boat and it’s a 20 minute walk. Not bad at all!

A perfect location to see and feel Venice - a short walk to everything. As we are both 77, the strairs were daunting at first, but we got used to them.

Great Stay!

Walking distance to st marks but I recommend buying a water bus pass. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Two rooms do not have AC but it wasn’t too bad even with the heat wave in Europe.

There were lots of stairs to climb to get to the unit. Air conditioning worked but was not needed. Heat did not work and nights were chilly.

Way over priced

Pros: location is very good, great mattress, three bedrooms Cons: lots of stairs to climb, dirty, shower is almost unusable, mold in shower, no oven, the apartment and furniture are dated and worn out and in need of replacement, no view of out door space. At the price point, we expected a better accommodation that was updated and clean. Due to the steep and numerous stairs, this is not suitable for children or older adults or anyone with mobility issues. The apartment lacked basics found in other rentals like dishwasher soap, paper towels, bath mat, a usable shower without mold. Overall, quite disappointed with this apartment. Recommend looking at other locations in Venice.
