Beautiful spacious apartment in an old palazzo completely restored, overlooking the canal of Cannaregio. 40sqm with balcony, dinning area, large kitchen with a second dinning area, two bedrooms (one with own balcony to the canal) 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. 3 TV one in salone and two in both bedrooms, air con, 12 windows, very bright.
Feel the real atmosphere of Venice, First floor, very easy access, 5 min from the main station without stairs, 10min from Rialto

The apartment is very spacious (100sqm) and has typical Venezian floors, classic entrance and 12 windows in total. A mix of antique and high level furnitures, luxury equipped kitchen, king size beds, all TV's are ambilight and compatible with smart phones, super fast wifi with 200MB / sec.

I would recommend this to anyone, absolutely beautiful, great location. It’s just far enough away from the tourist crowds, but still easy to get to see everything. Great places to eat and drink very close to the apartment. Hosts were fantastic, very helpful.

The location was ideal and sat right above a wonderful restaurant that we enjoyed for dinner. The apartment was very spacious, perfect for two couples traveling together. This was the perfect place to stay to end our 2 week Italian vacation. A place we could adventure out and enjoy Venice, then could come back and relax. This apartment is a vintage Venetian decor. There is another apartment above that has been modernized. If you have a big groups you could rent out both.

This property was our favorite rental during our two-week trip through Italy. The location was excellent—away from the crowds but close enough to visit key attractions, with a ferry stop conveniently located near the entrance. The house was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, and included several extra touches that we really appreciated. Additionally, the house manager was fantastic, responding quickly and being incredibly helpful with all of our questions. Great choice!

The property was very clean, beautifully located on a lively canal that was not loud. There were plenty of places around to get dinner which were excellent. We could walk easily to the train station and there was a vaporetto stop quite close. The pictures represented to the apartment very well.

The apartment was perfect for our two couple group. The location on a canal in Cannaregio was great, combining a quiet neighborhood and local restaurants with easy access to the Vaporetto system. Alessia handled the check/in and check/out process efficiently and was helpful with the apartment details and great recommendations on restaurants, shopping spots, sights and logistical tips.We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and highly recommend the property and Alessia.

Beautiful apartment! Staying here was a dream! Check in was super easy thanks to Ale meeting us and reviewing everything. She also shared some wonderful recommendations around the city for food, gelato, places to visit, etc. The apartment was easy to find, there were not a ton of things to do to check out, and the AC was refreshing after a hot day walking around Venice. There were even snacks, milk, juice and coffee for us, she really went above and beyond. The only downside is that when the restaurant was open, it got quite noisy at night and difficult to sleep. Thankfully we brought a speaker and we were able to turn on some white noise to cover it up. Highly recommend this tactic. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Alessia was an awesome host. She was in constant communication, met us at the flat and provided us with the insider’s scoop on places to go in Venice. The flat is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and the tourist attractions, but off the beaten path.
