Newly renovated house within one mile of Main St. Lake Placid. Great open kitchen, dining and living room is perfect for families. We are in a family friendly neighborhood, this is not a house for parties or loud groups. Large deck is perfect for grilling or relaxing in the hot tub.
Master bedroom features a king bed and own full bathroom. Second Bedroom feature a queen bed. Large full bathroom with laundry located in the hallway.
Hot tub on the deck is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking, biking or skiing.

Great place for families

We had a wonderful stay in this recently remodeled house. The location was perfect -- just outside the hubbub of Lake Placid -- but close enough to make it convenient to run into town. The kitchen was recently remodeled and painted. The peninsula in the photos was removed, but wasn't missed. It opened up the room and plenty of counter space remains. The heated floors, gas fireplace, and hot tub all made our chilly weekend really comfortable. Families should look for the elementary school a short walk around the corner. It offers a fantastic playground, chicken coop, and lots of trails for your kiddos to explore.

Hockey tournament stay

Perfect house ! Everything you could want. Next time we will ask hockey team members to join us. Lots of bedrooms. Games for the kids. Obviously the hot tub is a bonus!

Lovely Spacious Home

Such a lovely spacious house in a great location. I was very impressed with this place. We used it as home base for hiking. The big entryway and the hot tub came in handy.

Wonderful Vacation!

Location was great for all activities on the lake and on Main St. We biked there every day. Parking was easy/ cheap when we did drive. The house was as advertised: spacious, clean, stocked with essentials. Will definitely go back!!

Expansive house-Lake Placid

Our stay over Memorial Day weekend was excellent. The house suited our family more than adequately and the boys loved they all could move around easily, and of course the hot tub for after our mountain hikes. Location is great, close to everything, as well as hiking trails and has sidewalks. Everything was great, thank you!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for three adults and two dogs staying in Lake Placid for the weekend. House was clean with a very open feeling. Hot tub was great after long hikes and fenced in yard was perfect for our group. Location was perfect for us-not right in town but not too far out. Would recommend this property.

Fall vacation

Our stay at Lake Placid was fantastic. The house rental was perfect for our family gathering with more than plenty of space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Having 2 bathroom spaces with laundry included was a bonus. The amenities included made the stay very comfortable and home like. Having the large deck to enjoy the outside was really nice.

Wonderful summer weekend

In town for a family wedding , house accommodated our family of 6 comfortably . Hot tub and large deck a definite plus . Would definitely stay again while in the Lake Placid area. Loved everything.

Hiking trip

Visiting area to spend a few days together with all the kids before back to college and middle school. Location was perfect for us, beautiful open floor plan, deck with grill and hot tub (perfect after several challenging hikes) and convenient location just outside of town. Owner was helpful and easy to contact. Hope to be back next year to hike Mt. Marcy and will make a return visit here for sure!

The house is roomy and open. It was nice to spread out after being in small hotel rooms! Ashley left us a bottle of wine in the fridge! Beds very comfy. Easy 5 minute drive to Mirror lake attractions

Quiet Tine

My family (dog included) and I wanted a quiet mini vacation from NYC life for a few days and Lake Placid offered that. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for four adults to move around without getting in each other’s way. The heated floors in the bathrooms was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet reprieve from everyday life.

Friends Ski Weekend

Lovely conveniently located, cozy, and pet friendly rental for a few friends and dogs for a xc ski weekend. Close to trails and town. Host was very responsive and property was great for our needs!
