Guests can therefore see the room arrangement before booking. We are sorry to hear about the issue with the toaster. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have gladly arranged a replacement or looked into the issue immediately. The building is a traditional Viennese building without a lift, which is also reflected in the listing information. L’appartement est nettoyé professionnellement après chaque séjour, mais nous allons bien entendu vérifier les points mentionnés concernant le linge, la cafetière, les ustensiles et le ventilateur afin de les remplacer ou les améliorer si nécessaire.
