Recently remodeled with fresh paint, all-new furniture, and a bright white kitchen open to the dining and great room—perfect for relaxing or hosting. Bedroom one has a beach-themed queen setup with a full bath steps away. The master suite offers double-door entry, king bed, large TV, picture window to the private backyard, double sinks, walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. Tile in high-traffic areas, soft carpet in the bedrooms. Full indoor laundry and a built-in desk for work or travel planning. Wonderful Stay at Springfield

Great property - loved 55+ vibe! Unit is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a garage, full size fridge; washer / dryer (careful using dryer - our close got hot to the touch); cooking utensils. Unit could sleep as many as 4 comfortably. Management company is excellent and communicate clearly and promptly. Nice clubhouse with pool and exercise facility only a short walk from unit. Also about 2 mins away from a Kroger grocery store. Only downside is it is in South Chandler which equates to a minimum of 25 min drive to good hiking trails.
