The location couldn't be better, being set in the heart of the historic old town of Plymouth.
The house is at the start of New Street and naming the street "New Street" is strange, as New Street is one of the oldest cobbled streets in Plymouth with the Elizabethan House and Gardens and the Mayflower Steps less than a stone's throw away.
The Barbican area of Plymouth is the "go to" area for nightlife with its many restaurants and bars adjacent to the marina.
Notably, in the summer months, Friday and Saturday evenings can be a hive of activity but luckily the rooms at the back of the house are reasonably quiet. The music from the bars all stop before 12:30 at night but if you are a light sleeper then the double bedroom at the back, overlooking the courtyard, would be the preferred option.
