The good-it’s in a great location-close to train station, tram, grocery stores and MANY restaurants. Our unit was on 2nd floor and had interior facing balcony. It had a washer/dryer combo & lift . It’s set up well for longer stays with generous storage space & most supplies you may need. Bad-it’s dated and not well maintained. Several dishes & cutlery I pulled out for use were dirty. The sofa was missing its legs. The drapery had a large mystery stain. All the pots and pans are extremely worn and need a good scrubbing. Kettle desperately needs to be descaled, bath towels threadbare and loads of mildew in bathroom. Carpets very dirty & stained. Upon check in, I contacted the host about how dirty the unit was. The placed had not been hoovered recently and sent pictures. They advised me to provide them a time the following day when I could return the keys to the lockbox and they wld have housekeeping pop in. I did as instructed & housekeeping never came. No communication from host as to why. We were to receive both keys and fob for car park. We were notified later fob was broken. We inquired as to when that might be repaired and made available to us. No response from host. Internet was good 70% of the time but was somewhat unreliable. Summary-it’s cheaper for a reason. If you’re eager for a budget friendly place and can overlook some of these issues-this might be a great fit for you. Just bring your slippers as you might not want your feet touching the carpet.
