Welcome to Sunset Breeze, located in the West End of Panama City Beach. This two-story house is in the great neighborhood of Sunnyside Beach about 2 blocks from the beach. It is a 4 bedrooms /3 baths home that can sleep twelve people very comfortable with still enough room for the entire family to relax.
The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed and a private bathroom. The Second Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with the guest bathroom just outside the door. Both bedrooms have a sliding screen door that opens to a private balcony allowing you to enjoy the fresh beach air and breeze. The open floor plan upstairs offers a large living room, kitchen and dining room allowing everyone to be together for meals and quality family time. The stocked kitchen offers amenities for all your cooking needs including an oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grill tools and more. The living room has an over-sized sectional sofa and chair with a Smart-Tv with Xfinity cable.
Downstairs has a futon and two full bedrooms with a full bath. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a washer and dryer which will let you clean your clothes, so you can travel light. The futon is in additional living area with a mini fridge for your use. and a smart-tv to enjoy.
The backyard is equipped with a privacy fence making this a pet friendly spot. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water to wash off the sand from the beach. There is a new gas grill for your grilling needs.
Do not forget the nice golf cart with a blue tooth radio and a roof rack to get your family and all your toys down to the beach. The beach is only a few blocks away, but this helps to make your life even easier. Three beach cruisers/bikes are available for you to enjoy biking around the very quiet side of the beach.
You will also have access to Xfinity wireless Internet and digital cable/smart-tv’s. In case you need to do a little work on vacation or to just catch up on your shows.
One of the great things about being on this side of the beach is, you are so close to everything. We are only a 5-minute drive to Inlet beach and about a 10- minute ride down to Rosemary/Seacrest where you can browse shops, ride bikes, or go out to dinner. If you are wanting to stay in and explore Panama City Beach, we are 10- minutes from Pier-Park.
