Quiet, spacious and convenient location

Spacious house for all five of us. Loved Anthony, he was great! Very helpful with where to go and what to see. He presents is invaluable!

Great stay

We loved this property . We stayed for a month and it had plenty of space , it was very clean and the kitchen had all the equipment etc we needed for our stay . Great views as it is up quite a steep hill and there is almost always a breeze . Darien , the property manager was wonderful , very attentive and always helpful . Nothing was too much trouble ! Looking forward to returning .

Beauty and Comfort

The pictures do not do enough justice to the beauty and comfort of this villa. Darian was so accomodatibg and helpful, and Patricia checked in with us occasionally to ensure we were comfortable. The location is ideal and only a few minutes drive away from the malls and supermarkets. I 100% recommend anyone to stay here, Yes the road to the villa is abit bumoy, but it is worth it.

Property is located just outside the city of Rodney Bay. If you say here it is important to have a rental car as no public transportation exists. The property is in ok condition Customer service from the property manager was first rate Its up a very steep, bumpy driveway

Nice House

The house was nice, but it is way out, up this hill. None of the taxi or transportation drivers knew where it was. It is also further than a 5 minute walk to the beach. I guess I misunderstood, I do not remember when I booked it that it said it was a shared residence. I expected the whole place to ourselves.

Thank you for your review. You did have the whole 3 bedroom villa to yourselves. The only shared part is the outside gardens and pool. We have 2 other units, 1 is rented out to guest and the other is our onsite property manager's home. As you would know from experience during your stay, it is essential to have someone onsite to help our guest with different things. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away and Rodney Bay is about a 5 minute drive away. We are happy you enjoyed your stay otherwise and wish you safe travels in the future. Thank You, Patricia

Fantastic

Beyond our expectations. Really nice view and the sea breeze is lovely. Anthony, the property manager, is so much more than a property manager. He was bar tender, taxi driver arranger, local tour guide and a great dancer! We had such a fun, relaxing time!

Flamboyant Villa is lovely. The house is clean, bright and welcoming. We enjoyed the deck very much.

Convenient to all the major attractions, as well as a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. Flamboyant Villa met our needs and we had a great time in St. Lucia. Highly recommend it for visitors who want to explore the island on their own time.

We are a family of 5, who enjoys are beautiful home in St. Lucia. We purchased it in 2017 and renovations took about 2.5 months. We live in Ontario Canada, and travel to St. Lucia during the winter to visit family and friends.
