Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Good: Easy and convenient access, amazing location in a wonderful neighborhood, apartment is spacious, safe, clean, and management was very responsive to address a request for missing items. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed.
Not as good: Bathroom was missing a wall mount for the shower head and towel hooks. No dishwasher, so hand washing dishes is necessary which is ok but there is nowhere to put them to dry, and we had to request dish soap and a sponge from management. The dryer was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speaking, we turned it off immediately and instead hung our laundry to dry. There was a laundry drying rack, but it was also broken. The sliding doors in one bedroom were off the tracks and would not close. We got them back on the tracks after some struggle but they still didn’t glide very well, and the same bedroom has bedside lamps but one side has nowhere to plug in the lamp. There were some solar powered lights strung up on the terrace but they were broken, so the terrace was dark in the evening.
Overall a fine apartment but could be really nice with attention to some basic details and maintenance. Only stay here if you are not fussy about comfort and just want a good location.
