This charming duplex, fully furnished condo, is a perfect staging point for your Costa Rican vacation. There are two pools and two ranchos in the tropical gardens. The gated Residencial has a security guard 24/7.
It is located at only a 5-minute walk from the stunning Tamarindo beach, all fine dining, nightlife, and shopping.

This is the land of Pura Vida, so we try to stay away from too many rules. However, we do expect that you respect the property and other guests. No unauthorized guests. For visitors, please request permission. Unfortunately, the unit is not wheelchair friendly as it is situated on a third floor. A/C: please turn it OFF when you leave!!! thanks! This keeps our pricing affordable.

Great location in Tamarindo

Excellent location and facilities

Condo was very clean, full of the essential supplies and located close to the beach and restaurants. AC and wi-fi worked well and enjoyed some time by the two pools. Hosts were very helpful, and would recommend staying at this location.

Nice place, close to the beach

Very clean and spacious 2 story apt. Well maintained, all the basics like soap, shampoo, oil and spices for the kitchen, even 2 cervesas in the refrigerator made arrival easy and stress free!

Good Time

Had a very enjoyable stay. Appreciated the great A/C, ceiling fans, comfy sofa for socializing, and comfy beds for a great night's sleep. We were a family of 4. Enjoyed great food/drinks at local restaurants, the warm water at the beach, and surfing lessons. So much fun!

Wonderful Condo!

This was a great condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It was updated, spacious and close to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and all of Tamarindo!Mandy and Tohl were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and very understanding and helpful assisting us (we are an older couple) in operating the TV...even when it took several trips to help us, they were gracious and understanding.We highly recommend their condo.

Ideally situated

Situated in a quiet residential area, we did appreciate the pool and the proximity of the beach, restaurant and grocery. Air conditionning works very well: it was a very confortable appartement with everything you need for a family. We had some difficulties to locate the bulding at our arrival it is this only little problem we had.

Wonderful month at Condo Limonada

We spent an excellent month at Mandy’s Condo Limonada at Villa Verde II. She was a great host, providing us with everything we needed, including a new toaster! The pools are great, the a/c works well, and the rest of the guests/residents at this complex are very welcoming and pleasant. We sincerely hope to return some day! Short walk to town / beach. Pura Vida! Merci beaucoup!

This is the place to stay in Tamarindo

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 28 days and loved it. The accommodation is spacious and well supplied with items for the kitchen, beach and relaxing. The complex has two pools which are well maintained and the water temperature is perfect. The walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops is only 5-7 minutes . The suite has two TV's. We watched some Netflix which was perfect for us. It also has two balconies which were shaded while we drank our morning coffee and again later during cocktail time...great for relaxing. The complex is gated so we always felt safe. The gentlemen working security were most pleasant and always willing to help out, as were the owners of the condo. We will definitely return. Thanks Mandy and Toh!

Parfait pour notre famille

L’aménagement sur 2 étages est idéal. Très propre. Nous avons principalement utilisé la grande chambre avec lit King très confortable (moins de bruit et plus de noirceur). Notre fille de 4 ans a adoré le bac de jouets. Aller à la plage se fait bien à pied. Emplacement à l’écart des bruits de la ville, seulement les oiseaux pour nous tenir compagnie. Nous avons également apprécié les 2 piscines pour se rafraîchir et avoir de l’ombre à différents moments de la journée. Communication hyper facile avec les hôtes , bien que nous n’avons pas eu de problème à adresser. Laveuse secheuse de grand formats qui fonctionnent bien. Gardien courtois à l’entrée qui sécurise les lieux et nous aide à trouver le logement au premier soir

L’appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de tout mais dans un coin tranquille. Le site est sécurisé et le couvre feu est respecté, ce qui est très apprécié. La cuisine est équipée de tous les accessoires nécessaires, des accessoires de plage et d’extérieur sont aussi fournis, même des jouets pour enfants. Les piscines et les aires extérieures partagées sont très agréables et bien entretenues. Nous y avons passé un mois et tout était parfait. J’ai eu plusieurs communications avec l’hôte et les retours étaient toujours rapides, c’était très agréable de faire affaire avec eux. À recommander sans aucune hésitation!!!

The complete package stay

We had super communication with the property owners. The place is well fitted with amenities and items for the beach. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at this two bedroom condo.

We had a great time.we were greeted on time and let into the condo right away .Condo was clean and bright with everything we needed including chairs for the beach .Pools and common area were maintained regularly.The beaches were fairly clean all the time with people randomly picking up after those that did not .It was nice to see .Recommend this stay to anyone .

Lovely condo for a stay in Tamarindo.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Limonada condo. Right from the start, Mandy was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We arrvied earlier than expected thanks to a very short immigration line - and Many adjusted her schedule to meet us shortly after we arrived in Tamarindo. The condo is clean, spacious an comfortable..and the price is great. Beds are very comfortable. There are two lovely inner courtyards with pools and areas to relax. The condo is a very short walk to the centre of town and the beaches, and makes for a nice refuge from the liveliness of town. There is a 24hr guard presence at the entrance to Villa Verda II. These gentlemen are very polite and take their job seriously. One night, the power was out so everyone was outside, with one group playing the guitar and singing. When they started to get a little loud and rowdy around 10pm, the guard was very quick to quiet them down. The only "head's up" I would give is that the bathrooms/showers are a bit mildew stained from the constantly high levels of humidity- but I've found this to be quite common in Central America and the Caribbean. That being said, the whole place was very clean! By the end of the week, we were very sad to leave our home away from home.

El condo esta bien equipado, se encuentra en buenas condiciones, es bastante limpio, amplio y cercano al centro, tiendas y playa. Sin embargo, en las noches hay que pasar por areas un poco oscuras, por lo que en la noche es mejor salir en carro. En general, todo muy bien y recomendado.
