Unit 1E is a 3rd floor beachfront condo located in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, There are no elevators in the Inlet Point complex. This unit has recently been updated with new flooring and dishwasher.

***PLEASE NOTE: THREE NIGHT STAY MINIMUM.***

The condo back deck offers incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and tidal creeks of uninhabited Waites Island. The property is located in a well maintained gated community that includes a Pool, Tennis Court and Grilling Areas. Parking is available directly in front of the condo. It is perfect for families as you are right on beach where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, shelling, etc. in an uncrowded serene setting. Close to NMB restaurants and amenities, you will LOVE the location and feel as if you have your own private beach with no crowds or high rises to block your views from the back balcony deck. New windows have recently been installed. Washer and Dryer are full size models. Bed/Bath linens are not included. The condo is a NO smoking unit and pets are not allowed. No Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Campers or RV's please.
