Pro: Excellent and convenient location. Very quiet. Modern and clean. Con: Mattress foam topper makes sitting on the edge of the bed almost impossible. Not well suited for anyone with « mobilité réduite »

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in the heart of Nice. The location could not have been better—everything was within walking distance, including the Old Town, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful from booking through check-out. Communication was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while exploring the French Riviera. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nice. Five stars all around!Much love, from Canada.

Apartment was exactly like the website stated. Only complaint was with the pillows. They were throw pillows. Other than that, the apartment was great. Communication with the manager was very good.

The owners of this apartment have chosen to have very nice fluffy 65x65 pillows, a standard pillow size in France. But of course they are not for everyone. We wish we could have pillows for our guests to choose from, wouldn’t that be lovely.

Best location!

Nice and wellequipped apartment in the best location. Not very nice smell from the floor from oil or somerhing? Pillows of a cheap quality not very confortable. Otherwise perfect!

Thank you very much for staying with us Liselotte and for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad to hear that you appreciated both the location and the apartment’s amenities. Regarding the smell you noticed – we sincerely apologize. The floor had recently been re-oiled just a few days before your arrival due to water damage, and the odor was a temporary result of that process. We also value your feedback regarding the pillows and will take steps to improve their quality. You are warmly welcome back, and we hope to provide an even more comfortable stay in the future. best // Viveka

Fabulous- great apartment right in the heart

From the minute we booked till the minute we left- we loved this little find in Nice. Viveka was great and communicated with us clearly- we met her on our arrival and she showed us the key parts of the apartment - keys etc. The apartment itself was great and had absolutely everything we needed- only thing missing was an ice tray but luckily we brought our own due to experience. The flat was spotless clean, safe and the aircon a welcome addition. Would t hesitate to stay again and give it even more stars if we could!!

My wife and I used this incredibly located apartment for a two week stay in the French Riviera. About every other day we explored towns to the east and to the west, and on the other days we explored or just enjoyed what Nice had to offer. The apartment is on the most prominent street in Nice but the windows completely shut out any unwanted noise. It also had great access to the Tram lines which facilitated our travel inside and outside of Nice. Viveka was great to work with and got our holiday off on the right foot. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed, including a handheld steamer that was clutch for removing the clothes wrinkles that come with cross Atlantic travel.
Enjoying the apartment’s terrace

Not sure why the review is asking about a winery... this apartment is in the heart of Nice. The tram is a 1 minute walk, old town is a 4 minute walk, the sea is an 8 minute walk. The unit is exceptionally clean and bright, fully stocked with whatever you may need, and even though it's on a busy pedestrian street, it's completely quiet with the double paned windows closed! When open, there's a quiet hum of activity below. The terrace is perfect to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The host was ready to work with as well.

Perfectly located

Great Location! Steps from restaurant row in Nice. Old Town is a 3 minute walk and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The flat is beautiful and exactly like the photos. Having a lift was a plus since it’s on the top floor. Kitchen had everything to make meals including some spices, oils, and vinegars. Modern bathroom was a dream. The wrap around terrace extended the beautiful views. Noice was not a problem after retiring to bed. Aircon was available but I didn’t need as the cooler climate has begun. I will definitely return. 10+ rating.

We really enjoyed our stay, right in the heart of Nice but peacefully quiet at nite. Our host was great, furnishings, location all perfect. There was one issue, to move between rooms its necessary to go up and down 2 steps. My wife who is a very deep sleeper, fell while crossing them in the middle of the night. Fortunatley she wasn't hurt.I did not notice any mention of these steps when I was looking at descriptions and reviews of this property. It's something that future guests should know about.Aside from the steps I highly recommend this apartment.
