Stay at Bocilla Island Club and enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo featuring a king size bed and a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room, and a perfect lanai for relaxing after a fun filled day. Each bedroom has it's own bath with plenty of sheets and towels including beach towels. Enjoy the lush tropical setting of the condo complex boasting a 400 foot fishing pier, marina store, boat ramp, 2 heated pools, shuffle board and tennis courts. Keep your boat at our dock on Jug creek, which is just minutes from Charlotte Harbor. Boat and kayak rentals, and charters are available for fishing and sightseeing. If you are in the mood to enjoy the water without leaving the premises, sit in the gazebo on the bay and watch the boats go by. We only do monthly rentals, 28 day minimum.

Great place, but beware of Dock..

Condo was great, pool is nice, and place was overall very clean. Boat dock is quite a long walk if you have carry any items to the boat, and there is no place to park your boat trailer if you have anything bigger than a dingy. It cost me an additional $600 for trailer parking for the month so beware of this, and the dock had an electrical issues that gave my boat electrolysis which is now going to cost a fair amount to repair.

Prior to his arrival, the renter was made aware that his triple axle trailer might not fit in the assigned parking space and that he might have to park offsite. May tandem axle trailer does fit in the assigned parking space. I was not made aware of any electrical issue until I read this review.

Not worth over $4000.00 for one month

Television was awful, it was the least expensive package. The downstairs toilet handle was broken. In order to flush you had to stand right over the bowl and hold the handle down for an extended period of time. Very unpleasant! The upstairs toilet had the toilet paper dispenser sticking out from the wall so it made it impossible to properly sit on the toilet seat. The bed in the master bedroom had a plastic cover under the sheet, very uncomfortable and annoying. I felt like I was seven years old again. Kitchen: The faucet sprayed water everywhere. Always wiping up the counters. Poorly equipped, utensils cooking bowls. Can opener was rusted and worked poorly. There was one small waste basket under the sink for the kitchen and the entire downstairs. The worst part of the rental was dealing with the owner/property manger. Very strange, poor communication skills. No, I would not rent this particular condo again. Definitely way over priced.

We have basic comcast cable with blast internet. Also Roku. We are the condo now and assessing the concerns. The toilet handle has been fixed. The kitchen faucet has been fixed. We should have been notified it needed repair. We did buy a bigger wastebasket that will have to sit in the hallway. There is a new mattress protector on the king bed which fits very nicely. I am sorry things did not meet your expectations.

FANTASTIC CONDO/WONDERFUL LOCATION

Well maintained condo, clean with everything you need to feel at home. Landscaping is beautiful, very tropical. 2 pools located in perfect locations. Outstanding area for boating/fishing. Only regret is grilling requirements, central locations for use of small charcoal grill.

Great place to stay

We have been staying at Bocilia Island Club off and on for over ten years and this property is by far the best furnished codo we have stayed at Bocillia Inland Club. We were fortunate to meet owners before our stay who were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed in their property. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable fully furnished place to stay on Pine Island.

Beautiful condo in a lush tropical paradise

We could not say enough nice things about the condo and owner, Jim. He was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We arrived and were amazed at the beauty of the condo complex grounds. It is truly a tropical paradise! The condo itself is exactly as described, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with any and everything you could possibly need. One week was not enough! We will be back again!

Pine Island Getaway

This Bokeelia condo is very special. It was immaculate, well equipped and appointed, located in a wonderful condominium development, and totally conducive to R&R. The owner was an adroit communicator and was both prescient and thoughtful. We left feeling truly refreshed.

This condo in the Bocilla Island Club is nicely decorated and had a well equipped kitchen. The owners have kept it in prestige cmdition. The beds are comfy and the towels are fluffy. Our only problem was the WiFi connection was often poor. We spent our days at the pool, boating, and fishing in the sunshine. It was a great month with water activities and golf. The new bakery in town was a special treat.
