Lovely 6 bedroom, 2 bath antique home great for gatherings, and ideal for two or three families. Rambling home on beautifully landscaped level property. The house can accommodate up to 13 with two staircases leading to separate wings.
Three areas to hang/watch TV, play games, etc. 2 living rooms with wide pine floors, and Large sun porch combine to have 3 Flat Screen TV's (Two 42" and one 36") w/cable/ 2 DVD's.
The first-floor queen bedroom has a brand new, adjustable base.
New kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Less than a mile to Belmont St. Beach on Nantucket Sound. Accommodates 6 cars and several young child amenities. It is airy and bright with plenty of room to spread out.
Bedrooms are all furnished with comfortable Twin(s), Queen or King sized beds - who still sleeps in a double bed with a partner as an adult??
All linens and towels are provided for your convenience as always, however, feel free to bring your own. There is a house plan/bed layout for planning.

Walkable from the house are miles of walking trails, conservation, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, numerous restaurants, specialty grocery, gourmet bakery & ice cream, seafood market and beaches for walking, fishing, crabbing.

We have a flat yard ideal for children of all ages. Two grills and plenty of outdoor seating for summer entertaining. The living space is casual and comfortable. Our home is equipped with everything one could want for a Cape Cod vacation.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we are surrounded by year round homeowners - we cater to families and folks who want to chill. We rent to ages 26 and up.
The house is old and doesn't have heat upstairs for those looking to stay either in the early Spring or late Autumn.
(Separate Barn on property used by the owners, has private entry and separate parking.)

Great property! Great location!

It was our first time visiting Cape Cod and it was a great experience. Steve and Maura were quick to respond to any issues. Great communication with hosts, plenty of space for our large family. Beautiful home and location is close to beaches, restaurants and grocery.

Enjoyable location and property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We definitely liked the two kitchen areas and large stove that helped spread people and dishes out during cooking and cleanup for 12 people. The amount of bed space worked out well also. We enjoyed the beaches and ponds nearby and found a good route to take the younger kids on bikes up to the pond. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Excellent Place to Stay!

This property was one of the best we've stayed at in the 25 years we've been going to the Cape. Great location, very pretty area and close to everything. Interesting and VERY well appointed home - it had everything you could need, even toys for the children, a sandbox, extra Graco, etc. Lots of room to spread out and bedrooms were a great size! I've never stayed in a house that had so many anemities for us!

Great house with great owners

We were in need of a house for four couples for a wedding being held in Harwichport during September- when we arrived the house was in tremendous condition and was perfect for what we needed. The outdoor area was a perfect place for us to relax and unwind in between wedding events. The location is great it was close to the beach and close to town - we had a wonderful stay. Steve and his wife are amazing owners, they make sure their guests have everything they need to have a pleasant stay. I would suggest staying here to anyone with a larger group of people!

Family Vacation

Wonderful old cottage. Outdoor space, outdoor shower (big plus), outdoor play area and toy room , two adjoining kitchens, and laundry. Beds for 3 couples and several singles or children. Short drive or bike to beautiful beaches with water temp and surf great for swimming and children. Very close to a river for kayaking or paddle boards. We had perfect weather and a wonderful family time.

Great group outing

We came here with a group of 13 of us for a friends wedding. Steve was so helpful, he even sent us a detailed list of things to do/restaurants/bars/recommendations. It was very helpful and we went to several places on the list. Very close to the events we needed to attend. The house has 7 bedrooms, multiple beds and even 2 child sized beds. We had a great stay, and can't wait to come back up to visit the Cape!

Beautiful stay in West Harwhich

The property is exactly as described and pictures - A wonderfully renovated older cape home. A couple minute drive or 15 min walk to the beach which was key for the kids. We had 11 people - 5 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of space! The indoor patio was like a second living room. The kids room and the sand pit was great for the kids and the outdoor patio area with grill was awesome for quick grilling and hanging out. I would definitely stay here again. Definitely a great value! Thank you Steve!

Great weekend

Went to the Cape for a wedding and since COVID never has had the whole family together for 3 years. Found the Seawillow on line and it was all and more than shown. The location was great , the cleanliness and property was superb as well as communication with the owner. It was great to sit and have meals with our sons and family as one. Overall a 5+ rating

Our family had such an amazing time! The house is beautifully updated & comfortable. The designer linens & towels were a bonus. Was impressed with all the "extras" that you had - high chair, crib, grill, beach toys, right down to plenty of wine openers & egg cups! The yard & patio area were perfect for our children to play, dance and sing. Thank you. We will definitely be back to the Willows!!

Our three generations (7 adults, 6 kids) had an amazing time at Steve and Maura’s delightful house. The Pleasant Road beach was just over a mile away and easily walkable by the adults and older kids. The beach was perfect - small waves and great for swimming. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The kids loved the toy room and sandbox area. We appreciated having a highchair for our toddler. It was great to have multiple living areas... the porch was really nice! Steve and Maura live next door but are not intrusive in any way. We had a couple of issues and they responded immediately. We would definitely come again!

Great place

We loved the house. It was perfect for us (8 adults and 3 kids). Plenty of room to spread out and great outdoor space. It is old but that gives it the charm. We had a perfect weather week in the high 70s during the day, 60s at night and low humidity so we hardly used the air conditioners at all, just opened the windows. The house has everything you need. Steve and his wife were very nice and very responsive to our few questions. We would definitely recommend it for a large multi family group. A perfect week on the Cape!

Perfect multi-family home

We just spent a wonderful week at this property, with 3 families to include 6 adults & 5 kids under 10years of age. The house worked so well. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or find their own space. Great space for the kids to be together in either the sunroom or dedicated playroom. Outside area was really great too. This is one of the best supplied holiday homes I’ve stayed in. Literally everything you could want/need is there. Steve was so organized and attentive, he thinks of everything! Lots of recommendations and details about the area. Nice quiet neighborhood, and just 15 minutes walk to the closest beach. We all loved staying here and highly recommend!

Great location and perfect mix of farmhouse and beach house.

We loved staying here for our family vacation. The house was very roomy and came with every amenity you can think of. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough room for everyone. The yard is awesome for the kids to play and also to have a big family bbq (which we did often). We loved the farmhouse/ beach style of the house and it was very nostalgic of beach houses we stayed in as children. The owners were also incredibly helpful along the way. The location was great and many towns and beaches are easily accessible. Some shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Short drive to Mayflower beach, which was perfect for the kids, short drive to awesome towns Harwichport and Chatham. The kids also loved the bumper boats and go carts nearby. We even did a day trip to Provincetown and the National Seashore and the drive wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely visit Cape Cod again for a family vacation and we’d definitely stay in this house again.

Spacious and Gracious!

Ours was a large, multi-family, multi-generational group. We loved the shady yard, large outdoor dining area, space to set up outdoor games, little kid play area, and outdoor shower. Indoors was decorated in a pleasing pallette of colors and beach related objects. There were individual air conditioning units, a well-appointed kitchen areas with newer appliances, a great wi-fi connection, a children's playroom, large capacity washer and dryer upstairs (with soap!), a wonderful porch with a table and separate seating area, as well as a living room with a sectional and large screen tv. If you have small children, you will find a crib, toddler bed, travel crib, and a two-seater stroller available. We liked the funky layout of the upstairs; each room had its own charm and privacy. The owners couldn't have been more gracious and accomodating. I would love to stay there again.

Beautiful House and a Wonderful Stay

We arrived in mid-COVID for a one week stay from 15 hours away. The house was clean and comfortable and fit our 12 family members very well. Everyone had their own bed and slept well each night. We appreciated the air conditioning on day one (95 degrees) and the fans at night (cooler 60's). The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans of all types, and we loved the separate mini-kitchen, where we stored coffee and adult drinks. We had some minor questions during the stay and Steve was extremely responsive! The house is a nice 15 minute walk to Dennis and 20 minute walk (but 5 minute ride) to several beaches. The house was stocked with books, board games, and toys. No one complained of boredom during the visit (and that was with 3 kids under 8 and 3 teenagers). We LOVED the sand pit for our kids and the outdoor shower was much appreciated. Our entire family had a blast, and we would definitely return in the future!

Cape escape

Had a fabulous time at Steve’s house. Place was great and has many amenities. The house is close to Mayflower beach (our favorite beach on cape) and has many rooms for 12 people to sleep comfortably. Walking trails, golf courses, nearby also. I would stay here again!!

Great Place To Stay!

My friends and I stayed here last week and it was just perfect!! The owners were so very nice and gave lots of suggestions and info for our trip. The house is very clean, roomy and comfortable. Roomy place in a quiet area

We had 10 people with us during our stay. The 2 bathrooms were more than adequate. The sleeping arrangement were as well. The house is gorgeous with the charm of an old cape house. Butler’s pantry with an additional sink and coffee station was on point and the extra space was useful for meal prep for 10. Plenty of dishes, seating, outdoor seating, grills and separate areas for people who wanted their own areas. Close enough to beaches, about a mile to the closest beach and 20 min to Mayflower beach. The washer and dryer were too small for anything more than incidentals, which was fine for us. We did our laundry at a place a couple blocks away. Everyone’s laundry for $20 and about an hour of our time, no problem there. Steve was great, the property was everything we thought it would be, would love to stay there again.

Not huge but charming so well equipped house

We were 3 families with young children to spend the week-end at Steve’s house. We felt like at home. The house has lots of charm, it is very well maintained and comfortable. All bedrooms have light shutters (that was precious to avoid having the children waking up too early...) The house has toys for children, precious too! We had the chance to meet Maura, that was lovely too...! Recommending ++

Place is small but laid out well, and has everything you need. We were 8 adults and 4 small kids and managed fine. The converted front porch wasnt used much -- no AC there and west facing made it too hot. That said, we have no complaints and would recommend this rental to anyone!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house and have put our hearts into renovating it. When we were walking through the house with the previous owner Kim (sweetheart), we stopped on the back staircase, looked at each other and said we have to figure out how to make it work. And Kim, who was selling the house by owner accepted our offer. We love coming down and spending time down here with our family and friends. We were lucky to find Seawillows, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

There are very few properties in this price range that can accommodate 12+ people in one place with beds in this price range. It is an excellent value - great property at a great price. Our house is great for families with kids, with a lot of books, games, toys, video's and separate spaces. Most kids love to play hide and seek since there are many nooks and crannies and two staircases. Toddler beds, pack'n'play, High chair, etc.
Also great for people who want to walk to restaurants/shops. Many great food options within a casual walk down Willow street. Fantastic shoppes of all kinds in the same area.
The biggest difference between our property and others in the same price range is all the little things. Comfortable beds that fit adults. No double beds - who wants to have two grown humans in a double bed? Please make sure to look and see if there are any fees associated with other rentals that are included here like cleaning and linens. It is part of our price.
