This property was wonderful for our 8 family members. It is separated into 3 floors, but the layout works well. There is a shower in each of the individual bedrooms upstairs, a large kitchen area with additional beds on the second floor, and another large bathroom on the first level. The entry desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. We loved our stay in Kyoto.

Great accommodation in area close to temples. Very clean with all the amenities. There are three floors of steeps stairs that we managed just fine. Easy communication with quick response time. We would stay here again.

This was a wonderful 3 story residence near Gion, kiyomizudera, the bus stop, and tons of restaurants and stores. Very walkable to many things and very clean with lots of room and 3 bathrooms and 3 showers which was wonderful. The couches in the living room that turn into beds are not very comfortable, but the beds in the rooms are great. There is an on site person at a front desk as you come in to the place who is there for questions or extra supplies. There is a hallway and bathroom and front desk and then 2 seperate house units. The 2 units are next to each other, but it is very quiet and we hardly heard the people in the unit next door.There is a small kitchen and living room and a nice tatami room for 2 people. It was fairly large, but steep stairs, so not ideal for young kids. Lots of cute cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets and family markets nearby. Loved this place! A real gem in a real neighborhood in Kyoto! You will enjoy your stay here!

This was an excellent house for our family. It was very clean, and all the beds were comfortable. We really liked the wooden tub! Having a clothes washer was very convenient for our 8-night stay. Our host was professional and responsive and obviously cares about this home and his guests.The location was perfect. It was far enough away from the busier streets so that we were in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet we were able to walk to Kiyomizu-Dera and also Nishiki Market. There were several great coffee places within walking distance too.We had a great stay and really enjoyed this house.

Updated home near Kyoto historical district

This home is updated and very clean. The hosts were kind enough to let us store luggage before check-in. Clear instructions were provided ahead of check-in. Check-out was easy also. It's a great place to stay. It's a quiet neighborhood close to the historic district. The city is also in walking distance but a bit further.
