The apartment was nice, well-stocked and clean. The check-in was a little difficult due to having to download an app, call someone from the MIT house 30 minutes prior to arrival to have them come and unlock the apartment, and pay an additional deposit before they'd open up the door for us. We ended up having to wait on a street corner for 15 minutes for someone to show up with 7 bags of luggage and book bags for a family of 4 (traveling abroad for 3 months). The neighborhood is nice, felt safe and very walkable to nice restaurants nearby. The air conditioning took a while to catch up to how hot it was inside as it had not been turned on prior to our arrival.
