Wonderful stay

Clean, tidy, stylish and modern apartment approx 3km from Florence Duomo and City Centre. We really enjoyed our stay at this modern appointed location. We would not hesitate to stop there again.

Accurate listing. Clean and spacious. Beds pretty comfy. Terrible pillows. Has dishwasher but no washing machine. Cooked several meals, large grocery store within walking distance. Couldn’t get a taxi from the apartment to the airport due to the location. I thought it would be easier since it’s so close. Could only use the Uber Black so had to pay more for transportation. Otherwise everything was great.

Thank you very much for your lovely review. We’re really glad you enjoyed the apartment, found it clean and spacious, and were able to make good use of the kitchen and nearby supermarket. Regarding the pillows, we actually provide two different types—one thicker and one thinner—to try to accommodate different sleeping preferences. They are duck-feather pillows, chosen for their quality, although of course pillow comfort can be very personal. We’re also sorry to hear about the difficulty finding a taxi to the airport. This is quite unusual, as we regularly use standard taxis from the apartment to the airport, station and city centre without any issues. Unfortunately, availability can sometimes vary depending on the time and demand. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re very happy that overall you had a great experience.

Very nice apartment

The appartement is very nice and well equipped, For going down town the buses are close (you have to take bus + tram they are frequent), during the night there is less buses, you can either wait or walk around 18 min for reaching the appartement from the Tram stop).

Classy apartment in quiet area

The apartment was really nice and had recently been renovated. It's out of the way so getting into Florence itself is a little bit of a trek but quite easy with buses and trains. The apartment is self contained and perfect for a family of 4-5 max. It has AC however when I was cooking it tripped the main circuit for the apartment and I had to get directions from the host to go to the ground floor and reset it my self. That would be our only gripe.

Host very communicative

The apartment is in a residential area which did accommodate car parking needs. It was a 50 min bus trip, (2 buses required) to get to the Ufizzi, albeit the bus stop is very close, (350m). There is a good supermarket a short drive away, however, the options for dining are very limited. Additional kitchen equipment would help for those wanting to cook at home, e.g. kettle, toaster, bottle opener, salt, pepper etc. We did have a plumbing problem, however Ale was very responsive and called a plumber who turned up very quickly.

Hi Sharon, Thank you for your review. However the bus stop 100 meters from the house and the fast way to get to the centre is with the tram (overground) which avoid the city traffic, usually does not take longer than 30 minutes.

great place and great value. Neighborhood was walkable and public transportation into city center worked well for us. We didn’t drive our car at all the entire stay.Very family friendly neighborhood. We cooked every day. Host was very responsive.

Leider konnten wir die Wohnung nicht benutzen, da der Vermieter die Buchung aufgrund eines Todesfall in der Familie am Morgen der Anreise storniert hat.
