I was in Florence to study for 5 week summer session. This was the perfect apartment. Walking distance to all the main attractions, but out of the crowds. AC in every room for Italian summer. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and staying in some nights. Comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Beautiful patio. Second room and half bath for guests. Convenient laundry machine and drying rack. Very clean and was met in person for check in. I would gladly stay here every time I’m in Florence.

We found this property to be very clean. The beds were comfortable. Good location and excellent check in and communication from the host. Did find it a bit crowded with 3 adults and 1 teenager. The courtyard was great when the weather allowed us to be out there. Kitchen was not very well equipped but we were enjoying the many excellent restaurants near by.

We had a very comfortable stay. The place was clean and well kept. Also the courtyard was great for a little outside space. It was the perfect set up with one queen bedroom and the other having the 2 twins with one in the loft was perfect for me an my son for a little extra privacy. I would definitely stay again.

Why they chose this property

Being the apartment on the ground floor it is easy and comfortable to carry your luggage in. The location of the apartment allows our guests to come back home and having a break during the day, and sightseeing later... without taking any bus or taxi.
Arriving by train our guests can reach our apartment from the S.M. Novella railway station easily on foot (15 minutes) without taking any cab or bus, if they wish.
From SM Novella railway station our guests can get buses or train to easily reach (and without driving) all the most important towns of art in Tuscany (Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo).

What makes this property unique

A great advantage of this apartment is the outside space that is of exclusive use of our customers. The entire apartment overlooks a private inner courtyard (not the road) and that's why at night you don't hear any noise of traffic although the street is not busy. Moreover our guests can relax and eat open air.
Being situated on the ground floor it is easy and comfortable to carry in your luggage without having to climb several stairs.
Our apartment is located in an ideal location, close to everything but away from the crowds of tourists, in a typical Florentine neighborhood.
