Our wonderful vacation home has been renovated adding central AC, new carpeting, new quartz countertops in both kitchens, new hardwood flooring, freshly painted, new furnishings and a new firepit. All the bathrooms are completely renovated. Privately situated on a hilltop in Sengekontacket; spacious tri-level 3,800 sf contemporary home. Set in a wonderful family friendly community offering association tennis courts, and an association dock on Majors Cove just 100 yards from the house. Perfect area for Kayak enthusiasts! Kayak across the cove and sit on the beach or walk the trails in the Felix Neck Bird Sanctuary.

This home is well designed to accommodate extended families with its tri-level design, multiple living spaces, two outdoor deck areas, two kitchens and 5 bedrooms. The main level with open concept design hosts the living, dining and kitchen areas, this level opens to the 2nd level deck, deck dining and grilling area.

The lower of the three levels has two family room areas each with large screen TV,s the 2nd kitchen and two of the five bedrooms sharing one bath. Two additional bedrooms are located on the entry level and share one bath. The top level has large open children's sleeping room with 3 doubles and two singles. There is a new large outdoor shower in back of the house for ultimate privacy. We try to include everything that someone would need on their vacation including all linens, beach chairs, lawn games, 2 fully equipped kitchens and wood for the fire pit. So all you need are your clothes, a bathing suit and your toothbrush!

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Oak Bluffs bike paths at the end of the entry leading to towns and touring trails.

Great August Stay!

Wendy’s house was the perfect spot for us as a mix of friends, family and babies. Having two kitchens and many living spaces was ideal and everything was very clean. We loved playing tennis, biking, kayaking and grilling on the deck. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful and centrally located. A great fit for an active group!

Retirement Celebratory Trip

Amazing property! Very spacious, comfortable and clean. It was like being at home. We really liked having 2 washers and dryers too. They were used a lot. Some of the ladies liked doing puzzles; lots of TVs so we could watch what we wanted.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a group of 6 adults and 6 kids in the house and had plenty of space. This is the perfect MV house for a larger group. When the younger children went to bed, the older kids could hang out and watch a movie two levels down. The two kitchens offered plenty of space for our groceries. We did yoga on the back deck and went kayaking in the cove several times. Overall, an ideal set up for us. We will be back!

Family vacation/wedding

What a wonderful week! The house is perfectly situated between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. We had 11 family and friends. The way the home is designed gave everyone their own space with a more quiet area upstairs and TVs/games downstairs. Perfect area outside by fire-pit to relax and enjoy. Very attentive owners and lovely caretaker. Quiet neighborhood with relaxing areas for walks by the water. And fabulous spot for wedding pictures 😊.Already looking to go back next year! Thank you Wendy and Kelly!

Home Away From Home

Wendy and Bill's home was the perfect rental for our extended family vacation! It is beautifully maintained and staying there felt like being at a friend's home. Everything was sparkling clean, from the garage and outdoor shower to each bedroom and bathroom. In addition, the house was stocked with literally EVERYTHING we would need for the perfect week. The house has fantastic spaces for our family to gather, and plenty of room. We started each morning with coffee on the upper deck and often ended our day there with after dinner drinks. We also enjoyed the comfort of the living room on the upper level and the coziness of the sun room on the lower level. The kids enjoyed having a separate space on the lower level where they could stock the kitchen with their own drinks and snacks as well as hang out near the adults without being relegated to a separate basement area. When they weren't hanging together inside, they were fishing, playing tennis, kayaking or riding bikes, all included with the rental! The location was terrific too! Overall, it was very quiet, and so peaceful on the dock by the water, but still convenient to Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and South Beach. I highly recommend this beautiful property!

Great house, awesome week

House is newly updated and a great layout for our 3 families we travel with. We loved the comfortable beds, dressers and closets in each room and sinks in some rooms. The 2nd kitchen downstairs was also very helpful. The deck was great for dinning and patio for fire pit fun. We also loved use of kayaks and tennis courts. Wendy us super responsive to all my questions.

Loved the Duck

We had an amazing time at this property. We were a family with three generations present and the layout of the house afforded ample space and privacy for everyone. The house is open and airy and is perfect if you enjoy peace and tranquillity. The homeowners are incredibly responsive and we enjoyed our communication with them throughout the process and during our stay. The location is great, far enough away from the crowds and no more than 10 minutes away from restaurants, shopping etc. We highly recommend this home to any family in need of some island rest and relaxation. Wonderful Martha’s Vineyard vacation.

Everything we hoped for

The house has a wonderful location and a great layout: three living spaces, two kitchens, multiple sleeping quarters, and great outdoor space. We are a family of 11 ranging from 2 years old to 70+. As specified by the owner, all we needed to bring was our clothes. The house is stocked with whatever you need to enjoy yourself. Owner and manager very responsive to questions. Highly recommend for large families.

Perfect big family getaway

The house was amazing, even better than the photos! Great location between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. We had 3 families with 14 total people. There was plenty of room for everyone. We utilized the kayaks on the harbor, played tennis, and fished in the pond, all located in the community. We would definitely rent again! The owners were great to work with also.
