As you meander along the scenic waterfront, you can soak in the estuary’s beauty or take a moment to appreciate the beachfront cricket ground and its remarkable thatched pavilion – one of the oldest in the country. There are plenty of friendly pubs to enjoy refreshments or delicious home cooked food, whilst the award winning deli and tea rooms provide an incredible choice of local and homemade produce.

An inner hallway leads you to both bedrooms and the family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath. For added convenience, the apartment includes its very own private parking space, in addition to shared guest parking, ensuring ample parking options.

Living area: A open plan living, kitchen and dining area that has two comfortable sofas and Smart TV, DVD player and patio doors, which provide access onto the balcony overlooking the estuary and Tarka Trail.
Dining area: A dining table with 4 chairs provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening meal.
Kitchen: Well equipped, fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing/ dryer and a variety of kitchen utensils.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with King size bed, built in wardrobe, bedsides dressing area and TV
Bedroom 2: Twin beds with built in wardrobe, bedside and countryside views.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
Balcony: A balcony with lovely estuary views, overlooking the Tarka Trail and the village of Instow. The perfect spot to sit back and watch the world go by. Balcony furniture provided.
Parking: One private car parking space. Limited additional guest parking available.
Pets: No pets allowed
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Gas central heating. Wi Fi Broadband. No smoking. Iron, ironing board. Balcony furniture. Private parking for 1 car. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arrival/departure for weekly bookings is Saturday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 10 working days of your departure.
