The Space
Welcome aboard the Surla Houseboat 15 Levante, where high-end luxury meets the calm of the water. Measuring 15 by 6 meters, this beautiful floating villa offers 84 m² of premium living space—excluding the spacious outdoor decks!

Bright & Open Living: The open-plan living room and kitchen (25 m²) feature 3 large sliding glass doors, filling the space with natural light and scenic harbor views. Unwind on the comfortable sofa, enjoy dining together, or watch your favorite show on the TV.

Front Deck: Step straight out onto the front deck from the living area—the perfect spot for your morning coffee in the sun.

Luxury Open Kitchen: Fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. An extra tabletop freezer is available in the adjoining utility room.

Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests across 3 beautifully designed bedrooms:

Bedrooms 1 & 2: Two master bedrooms featuring custom-designed premium hotel beds (1.80m x 2.00m) for a royal night`s sleep.

Bedroom 3: A cozy bedroom equipped with a comfortable bunk bed (0.90m x 2.00m).

Bathroom: A sleek, modern bathroom featuring a spacious shower, sink, and an eco-friendly dry toilet. Note: Our houseboat uses an advanced, waterless Scandinavian dry toilet system. It operates without a sewage connection—a hygienic, clean, and completely odorless solution that prevents waste discharge into surface waters. Simple operating instructions are provided on board (requires adding a scoop of wood shavings after solid waste instead of flushing with water).

Outdoor Paradise

Rooftop Terrace: Take the outdoor stairs up to your private rooftop oasis. Outfitted with a luxury lounge set, it is the ultimate spot to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

Warm Outdoor Shower: The aft deck features a warm outdoor shower. For swimming in the lake (Nieuwe Meer), take a short walk to the end of the dock near Restaurant Het Bosch for the best water access.

Self Check-in: We provide a 24/7 self check-in process. Detailed instructions regarding directions, arrival, parking access, and smart lock details will be sent via the Airbnb messaging system on your arrival day.

Free Secure Parking: On-site parking for one car is included free of charge (a significant savings compared to local street parking fees of 8 euro per hour).

Amenities Included
Beds are freshly made prior to arrival. We provide one small towel, one large towel per registered guest, kitchen towels, an initial supply of toilet paper, and starter Nespresso capsules and tea. We recommend visiting a local supermarket upon arrival for additional groceries.

House Rules

Quiet Hours: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be respected between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Age Verification: Guests under 21 years old will be contacted prior to arrival to confirm booking intent.

Safety First: For safety on the water, zero-tolerance policies apply to drug use and excessive alcohol consumption; violations will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
1) Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

2) Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep indoor and outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

3) No Parties or Events: Our home is suitable for relaxing stays only. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval.

4) Non-Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes inside is strictly prohibited.

5) Care & Safety: Please turn off heating/cooling units and lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property.

6) Trash & Cleanliness: Please place bagged rubbish in the outdoor bins provided before departure and wash any used dishes.

7) Damage Reporting: Accidents happen—please let us know right away if anything breaks so we can fix or replace it quickly.
